This property was close to everything. Only 2 1/2 blocks away from Javits convention center, 15 minute walk to Times Square, 25 minute walk to Central Park, and only five minutes to Madison Square Garden. The staff was great and willing to do anything they could to make your stay like at home. We are already planning our trip for next year and we will definitely be staying at this location again.

Very well located, clean and nice atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast attendants always attentive to keeping food available.Although the room is small has what you need, super comfortable beds.

Rooms are small but it's NYC but overall a great place. I'd stay here again. I would just bring carry-on luggage because three people l, two with medium luggage and one large made it really difficult to walk in the room.

Good location, however as a Marriott Hotel, they have dropped the ball. Aircon had to have a technician 3 times to fix, the shower drain was blocked and filled up the standing tray. Their telephone system did not work as per the instructions on the telephone.e.g dial 1 for desk, just rang out.Advised that they hadnt updated the phones or instructions. Finally, the breakfast was served on paper plates, plastic cutlery and plastic cups. I felt like we were at a Mc Donalds, not a Marriott Hotel. When I raised these issues, there were plenty of apologies, however who wants to spend their holiday sorting out basic maintenance needs or eating from cardboard and plastic. I note the price did not reduce for a Marriott Hotel stay, just the quality on many fronts. You have damaged a very good brand that we have used in many countries now, and we will not stay at a Marriott Hotel again. Buyer beware, if your happy with a McDonald's restaurant and poorly maintained rooms, then this is the hotel to stay at in New York. Very disappointed

Central location, walk to lost tourist places. We had a family of 4 and the room was super small, bathroom was also tight. The free breakfast was just ok, but it’s free. We only eat there once for the same reason. Staff was friendly.
