The staff were great. When I first arrived for a business reservation there had been a mixup and another guest had been checked into my room. The concierge handled it smoothly and professionally. They seamlessly moved me to another room and upgraded it to a room with a view for my trouble. Later in the week when my personal reservation started under this booking, again the transfer was seamless and they let me stay in the same room at no additional charge. I have stayed here multiple times for business and alway find the staff to be courteous and helpful with any booking issues.

The room was freezing both nights! My kids didn’t get a good night sleep at all. The thermostats was set at 72 then 75, and then 78 and the room temperature didn’t change at all. Not enjoyable. The size of the sofa bed was full not queen and the mattress was really bad.

Nice staff well located 5 mins fr WTC Subway head to the oculus from Fulton street turn left walk toward Oharas turn right and it’s next to Morton’s steak house .Plenty of hot water room was a good size no complaints v secure thank you to Club quarters my 3rd stay in 3 different cities in the USA

With this hotel and the balcony room I think you're paying for the view rather than an upscale/modern or luxury setting. Whilst the view of the trade centre is spectacular, the room itself doesn't really match.could
