Very unfriendly staff ... front desk very rude dawn wasnt hospitable at all ... no greeting or how are you welcome. Started off with a bad feeling, and was correct. Deff will not be back. Very no frills hotel ... and the staff makes you feel like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay at a basic place to sleep.

For my needs it’s the best choice in lower Manhattan. It’s located near where I work. I opt for a room with a kitchenette as I prefer to make my own breakfast and most of my dinners. As to how comfortable it is depends on who are the guests in the adjacent rooms. Sometimes they’re quiet and sometimes they’re noisy. It’s not the hotels fault. It’s just the “roll of the dice.” In my weeklong stay, I never had any service in the room, although it was requested and the only evidence that anyone entered the room and checked it out was that I had a new pile of towels on the bed. LThe front desk staff are very nice and helpful. I particularly like the complementary coffee. I like will continue to stay there on a regular basis for the rest of 2024 and some of 2025.

I recently stayed at the Club Quarters Hotel, New York, World Trade Center, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there was one minor issue that prevented me from giving it a full five-star rating. The hotel's fitness room, while convenient and well-equipped, is located on the same level as the guest rooms. Unfortunately, this means that any noise generated from the fitness room can be heard in nearby rooms as well as on the floors above and below. During my stay, I could occasionally hear the sound of exercise equipment or people talking, which was slightly disruptive. I believe that having designated quiet hours for the fitness room could help mitigate this issue. This way, guests who prefer a quieter environment can rest undisturbed, while still allowing others to enjoy the fitness facilities during appropriate times. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Club Quarters Hotel, New York, World Trade Center, for its overall quality and convenience.
