great location, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do in regard to Broadway shows and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores to get supplies. Didn't interact that much with staff but they were visible and when needed very helpful. We were there during a blizzard and found our room very warm we had to turn off the heater and was still comfortable without it on the whole stay. Loved the old feel of the place as it had alot of character. Would definitely stay there again if we were going to do shows!

We stayed for a long weekend for my birthday. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. It was a really good value as the location is right there in the theater district. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to New York.

Excellent location right between Times Square and the Rockefeller. The place is nothing fancy and the style is a little outdated for sure but it’s clean, spacious and has all the amenities that are missing from most hotel rooms in New York, which makes it great value if you’re staying a little longer in the city. Cleaners also did a great job every day. Overall it’s a great base and I would definitely stay again!

Great location and friendly front desk. We were given an accessible room on floor 11, which was a really good size and had a great bathroom. Room, bed and bathroom cleaned daily, clean towels. Totally recommend, good value for money.
