These apartments are a real gem, with Times Square just around the corner. Reception staff were very friendly, as were the housekeeping team and maintenance men. Full size gas cooker in room, with lots of cooking utensils. Fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster. Everything you need in this compact kitchen. They supply washing liquid, sponge/scourer and dish towel. Even kitchen roll. Plus salt and pepper. Coffee and tea, sugar, etc is topped up daily. The bathroom has dispensers with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Cleaning is done daily with clean towels, and dish cloth. Top up of toilet rolls and kitchen roll. There are two lifts available for the 12 floors and they arrived quickly. There is a laundry in the basement which guests can use. We would highly recommend and look forward to returning next year from Scotland.

Great location if you want to stay in Time Square. Rooms have a small kitchen and a desk. Very comfortable. My only concern is that you can listen to what other people are talking in their rooms and of course all the noise from outside.

This is a rarity - a spacious room with a kitchenette in Manhattan. We had a studio (one king with a sofa bed) for three people (parents and one teen child) and it was perfect. Centrally located to Times Square and the Theater District, it was easily walkable to most things we needed, but far enough from the insanity of Times Square that it was somewhat peaceful. We were on the 10th floor and got a little street noise, but not enough to be distracting. The building is older, but the rooms are in good shape. The only ding I would have is that the elevators are a bit small and slow (but it's an old building.) Highly recommended if you want a bigger space with kitchen options.

The building was beautiful and the location was amazing. The room was a great size and the bonus bedrooms were great to allow for privacy and the kitchenette/living area gave us space to spread out. The staff could be a little warmer.

What an awesome place to stay! I was in NY for a short, last minute trip and got a great deal here. The apartment was so cute and just perfect! Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker... everything you need, especially for a longer trip if the plan is to eat some meals in and save. I also had no idea how close to Times Square it was so that was amazing, though after the first night I had to buy a sleeping mask and ear plugs to help (luckily there was a CVS a block away). I absolutely loved the area, how walkable it was, and how easy to catch public transportation from here. I would most definitely stay here again! Oh and the staff were so polite and nice and helpful!

Perfect mid-town location, we flew into NYC and from here we could walk to the Broadway shows we came to see and do all of the fun mid-town things. Staff are super-friendly and helpful. Of course, you are surrounded by great food lol. The room wasn't a room but a small apartment, and it was suitable for our needs as a couple. The kitchen was fully equipped, with oven and everything you might need to cook a meal. There's a dining table, too. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back because for a similar price to other places all around mid-town you are getting an apartment and not just a room, so you can chill on the nice sofa after a long day enjoying the city and cook yourself some food.

The staff were all very pleasant. The room had everything we needed. Location is great to get to shows, shopping, Times Square. We liked the architecture inside, the old wooden spiral staircase was unique.

Location, location, location. Close to everything you'd ever want. Staff super friendly. Wonderful to have a full kitchen and the remodeled bathroom made the room feel even more luxurious. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and I will definitely stay there in the future.
