The staff was lovely but room 903 had incredibly cold floors because the heating element was blowing cold air from underneath. We had to wrap up in blankets to stay warm. Also the elevators were very very slow and it often took us 10 to 15 minutes to go up or down

Pretty good! Room was good. Pretty clean. I had to remind housekeeping to come In after I had come back from my outing. However they were receptive once I informed them. The only thing I would change is making sure that the restaurant has the ability to bill the room. Incidental charges are supposed to be used for things like room service however I had to pay out of pocket when the restaurant couldn't utilize the hotel billing service.
