Overall the room was good. It’s in a great location to easily access Times Square, the subway and restaurants. The other really great thing about this place is they will store your luggage so that if you arrive before you can check in, you can at least drop your luggage off. They also allow you to store your luggage after checkout ($5 per bag) so that if you still want to do some sightseeing before you leave You don’t have to haul your luggage around. The check in process was very easy and fast. The only downsides are that even though the room can sleep 6-8 people there is really not much space for luggage. We were a party of five and we had to be creative about where to put our suitcases and when to open our suitcases. We were all having to step around each other. The apartment is clean, but it could use some updating and it could use some more shelves just so there is a place to put your phone while charging and your every day use items. Please note that this is an apartment not a hotel. If you want fresh towels, you will need to go to the laundromat in the building and wash your towels. Overall I would definitely stay here again.
