Great stay! Very convenient to everything! Loved the fact that the hotel manager checked on us at the cafe attached to the hotel and asked us if we needed anything. We said Bathrobes and slippers would be great and within an hour they had put them on our bed! Just be aware of daily tourism fee of $40 We should have paid more careful attention to that.

Great location for Broadway Access

I recently stayed at this Times Square hotel, and I came away with mixed feelings. Let's start with the good: the staff here are exceptional. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was professional and helpful. They really know how to make guests feel welcome. The location worked perfectly for our Broadway plans. Being steps away from the theater district saved us time and hassle, especially after the show. That said, Times Square isn't for everyone. Unless you're specifically here for the Broadway experience, the constant crowds and tourist-focused atmosphere might be overwhelming. You'll find more authentic New York experiences in other neighborhoods. The rooms themselves are surprisingly spacious by Manhattan standards, and the showers deserve special mention โ€“ great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which isn't always a given in NYC hotels. However, the property is showing its age in places. Several room amenities feel dated and could use an update. The furniture has seen better days, and some of the electronics feel like they're from another era. Despite these minor drawbacks, the combination of friendly staff and generous room sizes makes this a solid choice for theater-goers. Just be prepared for the Times Square hustle and bustle, and don't expect the most modern amenities.
