Great hotel with convenient access to public transit and Times Square/Broadway. Staff was super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. No real room service, but plenty of restaurants nearby or through GrubHub. There's also a nice market with seating adjacent to the lobby. My only (minor) complaint was breakfast - expensive takeout bags with limited options.

It was definitely not quiet. Honking of horns and street noise could be heard from 15th floor. Room was adequate and clean. Requested adapter from front desk as usb and adapter not working in room. Never received nor no follow up. Stay was okay. No major complaints.
