Excellent staff, great food and bar experiences, hats off to the staff! Roof top bar was very cool! Location was centrally located, so much to see and do within walking distance, right off Broadway, Central Park. We had a great time, and the Hendricks was the best!

The service was excellent. Very attentive and they provide free bottled waters daily to your room. Hotel is located in a great area and walking distance to many high end restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

The hotel was great and the view from the 25th floor was beautiful but the view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking. The beds were comfortable and the service was top tier. Highly recommend.

The rooms are small and the late night staff was rude. I will say the staff that was there during the day time was better and way more friendly. All of the staff on the rooftop were nice and the drinks were decent but a little pricey

The hotel was in a perfect location and walking distance to plenty attractions. The food at the restaurant downstairs and at the rooftop bar was amazing. Definitely would stay there again.

Location is really good not a far walk to really anywhere or to grand central. Front desk staff was really nice and accommodating. Room was small but I understand it is New York. Both beds were extremely loud with any movement. Bathroom door slams feels like it is going to break. Overall a nice hotel. Restaurant bartender wasn’t the nicest and drinks were overpriced.
