We had a emergence issue after check in and the hotel didn’t want to refund us for the rest of the night. It is ok to charge for the first night but not for all nights that we don’t use. Very bad service on this

Hidden Gem: Hotel Hendricks
I originally had trepidations about Hotel Hendricks, because it seemed too good to be true. I just knew the pictures were old or misleading! When I tell you that the pictures don't fully give you the essence! Hotel Hendricks is really a hidden gem right in the heart of Manhattan! The rooms are sexy! The staff are friendly, courteous and professional! The beds are clean & comfortable and cozy! Hotel Hendricks, hands down, has one of the best showers I've experienced in a Manhattan hotel! Definitely will be returning, even if it's just to luxuriate in the shower!!!!

This is a fantastic location in New York City at a reasonable price. You can walk to Times Square as well as the theater district with no problems. The staff was very helpful with information on things to do and where to eat.

It was a cute little spot for us to stay in for a couple nights. In the city for 2 nights to see some shows and it was perfect walking distance to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. The rooftop bar terrace offers an indescribable view of the Empire State Building that must not be missed!
