This hotel has a perfect location to be in the middle of everything but quiet at night which was great. Very close to the subway making easy transport links if you arrive/depart by public transport. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was an added bonus as it saved us a lot of money. It never got too busy, we got a table whatever time we went down. Lots of reviews about the lifts being slow and busy. The only time we found this was going down to breakfast, but it’s to be expected! Otherwise, all in all, a fabulous stay and I’d certainly stay again.

Excessive wait time for the room to be ready. Almost 2 hours after the 3 pm that they promised. And, they told us to keep checking back every 30 minutes. Front desk staff was probably the most unhelpful that I have ever experienced at a hotel. Heating and air system was terrible.

This hotel was fantastic! So central to everthing and round the block is Times square. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too mych trouble. The breakfast was a bonus but can be very busy, coffee all day for guests and the rooms are modern, comfortable and very clean. I cannot fault this hotel whatsoever.

Room was excellent. But what really stood out to me was the staff. There was a nice lady at the front desk who helped us with directions and ideas. Very knowledgeable and kind. I wish I would have gotten her name. Also the morning we were leaving, we overslept. We had an 8:25 am flight and it was 7 am. OH NO right? Joseph quickly got us into an uber which was out front already. I quickly handed in my key card and the desk folks did the rest. Because of the ease of check out and Joseph getting us out the door quickly, we made our flight and even boarded when we should. Amazing! THANK YOU!
