The room was clean and tidy, the hotel easily accessible and convenient. The plug in the sink didn’t fit properly so I couldn’t keep water in the sink. The air con fan was a bit loud but didn’t stop me sleeping

It's a good value for a hotel in NYC. Rooms are super small. But, everything worked fine except for the hot water on the first morning, but they fixed it the same day. I was at a conference at the Javits and it's convenient to walk there and still be in Midtown/Hells Kitchen.
