We stayed on the second floor to have the benefit of an outdoor balcony. It was noisy and the in room air conditioning, essential during a really hot couple of days was very noisy too. When asked to be moved, this was not possible.

Great Stay

The room was small, but that's expected in NYC. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean as well and we were fully stocked with amenities. The hot stuff in the free breakfast was cold, but their bagels were delicious. It was also a free breakfast buffet and we went at a very busy time. My friend left her charger behind and they actually emailed us offering to mail it back!

Had to wait over 10 mins for an elevator on each occasion, long queues for mediocre breakfast, lack of space in rooms for cases or drawers for clothes. Cleaning cart permanently left blocking our exit from room along our narrow corridor. Room was clean and comfortable but experience was lacking overall.

Tight rooms. Loved the Kitchenette. The included breakfast wasn’t great. Trying to serve too many people. All the hot food was basically cold. I only ate there the first morning. Elevators have a long wait. Very touristy but clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I would have given it excellent, if not for forcing us to take a disability room with ac not functioning properly, no tables, chairs, microwave, night stand and a giant glow in the dark exit sign glaring at you while youre in bed. They didnt change us the room that night, but the next morning shift staff did a great job to move us to a nice room that we actually booked for and it was a pleasent stay after that

Didnt like the extreme small size of washroom. There was no leg room when using the toilet and had to shimmy through to get to the shower. The pantry area was unnecessary as there is breakfast included already, and the fridge was not functioning. Other than that, the room was fine, bed was comfortable, and having 4 elevators was very convenient.

We liked the property. The staff was friendly. Everything was walkable distance. The room was a bit smaller than we thought but good for a couple. The elevator was super fast, but on the weekend the wait was almost 5 minutes or more. Breakfast was great and with good options. Definitely one hotel to go back to.

The property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Our room was smaller than our last visit and sliding door to the bathroom was hard to move. Looks like the door required an inch off the bottom after new carpet installed.

Excellent service and stay! Breakfast buffet allow you to receive a takeout box so that you can pack food to eat later in the day instead of sitting in to eat, very convenient. Definitely coming back for my Christmas holiday stay in Dec later this year!

Nice property, good location . Friendly staff Lifts were abit of an issue, had to wait some time in the morning to get down . Room was very compact but had everything you need to stay and cook your own if you wanted. Bathroom was very compact, but clean and modern Breakfast was good , but had to wait for a table but staff managed this well Valet parking was good but again some waiting to get car . But overall would stay again

I loved my stay and am so glad I chose Townsuites for my stay in NYC. The room was tiny but very well appointed. As a solo traveler, I was very comfortable. The small kitchenette was so appreciated. It really makes a difference to have plates, mugs, silverware etc. The bed was too firm for my liking but I slept fine. I loved the large window in the room as well was the shower. Also, the area is great! So convenient to everything. Subway stop is right there, along with a great Mexican takeout across the street that’s open late. I would absolutely stay here again.
