Everything was good but after everything was booked and paid. The day before we checked in they added a random “mandatory fee” on for every day we were there. After booking for a set price this should not happen.

The room was freezing, the windows were very thin, once the heater stopped the room became a freezer, ESPECIALLY the bathroom, there was a window right by the toilet. First night, when opened bed cover, bed smelled like fish. Called to inform front desk, they immediately switched out our room.
