The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing view of the Empire State Building. While the room smaller than the average room it was very clean and comfortable. There were complimentary cocoa and assorted cookies in the lobby which my 9 year old loved !

The hotel was very convenient to the subway. Close to Macy’s. We were greeted with warm cookies upon check in and each evening they had hot chocolate and cookies available. The room was clean and we appreciated the freshen up everyday

Julio at the front desk was great and friendly. The property is very old with small rooms and old furniture. The next room guest snoring kept me up all night. For almost 600 dollars a night it was horrible.

The room was small and the bathroom was not very well maintained. There was areas of mould and the bathtub sink plug didn’t work properly also the shower head leaked. The staff were very helpful and also pleasant but overall the hotel was quite small and while I was happy with my stay there inviting stood out as great. The breaksfast menu as well was quite basic and I felt there could have been more options on there. I probably would go back there but only if there was a deal and the room was competitively priced. The location however was excellent as it was central to everything a first time traveller to New York could want.
