Great location and chic decor to give a boutique look. However, the small elevators and no insulation between rooms really made the awful experience. I had to call the front desk several times for the noise complaints but the staff did not do much to resolve the issue and didn’t want to change my room. There was a breakfast voucher($10/pp) for the downstairs cafe which was ok- covered for a coffee and a croissant. Close to the Lincoln ctr and Central Park- so if your travel plan is to stay in less touristy part of the city and visit Brooklyn, the hotel is near 1-2-3 train.

Outrageous resort fee. Misleading info on breakfast (basically a coupon for a bakery - limited non-carb and higher protein options). Misleading wine tastings (only 2 nights/week and no choice of wine). Incredibly noisy from other guest through the door into the corridor and other rooms - gaps around all 4 edges of the door. Other guests having loud and lengthy conversations in their rooms and the corridor at 12:30 and 1:00 in the morning. I won’t stay here again.

This hotel is a gem. Beautifully kept and well maintained. My stay could not have been more perfect. The French cafe next to it and a part of the hotel is outrageously delicious and run very well. Service and reception are impeccable. So happy that I chose to stay here.

Good location. Room was nice but bathroom was tiny. Elevators were quite small. Breakfast next door was good but limited. Would probably stay there again based upon price.

I DO NOT recommend this place. We were deceived by this hotel (and Expedia played a part in the lie) when it advertised “breakfast included.” That’s a lie—they only give you a 10-dollar voucher to use with a specific bakery. Shame on this place for scamming people. Also, expect crazy pipes and other noises in your room. We couldn’t sleep well with a constantly rattling and vibrating sound inside the walls. Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel. You have so many choices in the area. Do not come to this one.
