Price was great, area is perfect. Just slept in the room and explored during the day. Rooms were on the smaller side and it felt like our room floor was used to store two of the supplies carts which made it very tight to get to the room.

This is a fine mid range, midtown hotel. The beds are very comfortable and come with great pillows. The rooms were clean. One big issue is that we had to be moved because our first room was in the back and the building behind us was producing terrible fumes from their heating system. We opened our window for a couple minutes and had to then air the room out. All night, the odor stayed with us. It was terrible.They got us into a new room the next day.

Upon opening the door to the room, I was just hit immediately with a clean smell. The room was spacious and clean, the area was so good being in walking distance from everywhere we had planned. Staff was always friendly and greeted you with a smile

The room smelt bad, the elevators took so long, the works are very condescending and don’t help with anything. The air conditioning smelt like fire, the bathroom was covered in hair when we arrived and it felt like there wasn’t good air circulation the rooms got stuffy quick even with the window cracked.

It was a nice hotel. Staff was nice. The only problem I had with the hotel is the room that I purchased. They ran out of and they gave me a room that just looked into a alleyway after I paid for a view on the side of that everything else was good

The electronic lock to the door was broken and they didn’t have an engineer to fix it. There was an unpleasant chemical smell in the hallways and the room. Workers were fully renovating two other rooms on our floor and it was very loud with drilling and hammering. Overall not a pleasant experience.
