This hotel is disgustingly dirty! With the wall paints chipped off, dirty shower, and nasty bed sheets. We found stains and hair on the bed. We decided to LEAVE this hotel and communicated the issues with front desk and Expedia. The lady at the front desk asks for the pictures we took and said “I only work here but if it was you to me I would have done things differently” - after reviewing our request for refund, the owners/managers refused. We lost our money. I do not recommend this place if you want to enjoy your stay in Manhattan.

unclean. aged everything. There is no security from the front door of the hotel to your room. Hotel kept billing bankcard for no reason 3 days after departure.

Extremely noisy doors on rooms. Hallways need a paint job and new carpet. Very noisy if you have a room facing the street. Room was clean, housekeeping was great.

Room had nothing, what was advertised was not remotely similar to reality. The heater/AC connections exposed make the room unsafe, no explanation given; had to call maintenance bc the heater did not turned on and the reason was that the electrical connection tripped. Had to interrupt my stay as I felt uneasy and unsafe.

The staff at the hotel were most obligin nothing was to much trouble. I think the rooms need upgrading but the beds were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We were on the 15th floor but had no trouble with the lifts.

The hotel was rough around the edges. There were gnats in the bathroom and there was rust and missing paint around the AC unit about 6" all around. Dings and scratches all over the furniture. The towels smelled like gasoline. The bed was very comfortable though....it feels like a very classic midtown time square VERY USED hotel.

There is cockroach on the table in the room. Key cannot access to my room and I have to go to reception for three times but still cannot resolved the issue. Very terrible and I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
