unclean. aged everything. There is no security from the front door of the hotel to your room. Hotel kept billing bankcard for no reason 3 days after departure.

Staff were nice. Room had paint falling off walls and no amenities. Was a room for two but no mini fridge, only one small trash can in the bathroom, no water provided, shower had only half all glass door by design so water spilled out on the floor, all see through so no privacy, dirty blinds, elevator stopped at every floor (15) going up and down even with no passengers, so sometimes 10 minutes on the elevator, tiny closet, only one dresser and no food of any kind offered, coffee machine but inadequate number of cups and no spoons or creamer. Overall a very uncomfortable experience.

The queen bed was fine. But the bunk beds had very low clearance on both the top and bottom, so we kept hitting our heads when sitting up. The top bunk also creaked every time someone moved. The front desk staff were very kind.

Is lowkey a scam from the picture online. Not worth it for the price. They never gave us wifi, paint is ripping from the ceiling, walls are very thin and can hear next door neighbor. Elevators take FOREVER to come down and cant even fit up to 6 people. Overall 1/5 do not recommend.

I’ll start with the things I liked about this location: the staff was great, friendly, attentive. Location is excellent, trains available nearby and Time Square next to the hotel, many food options. These are the cons: several things did not work at the hotel. 2/3 elevators in service, WiFi was down during our 4 day stay, phones did not work, AC was not operable (blank screen), fire alarm beeped all night, lamps didn’t turn on, no body wash. That said, for someone who wasn’t at the hotel very much it was manageable and as the saying goes “you get what you pay for” If you just need a place to sleep and shower, this is a good place. If you want more perks, you will not like it.

Horrible hotel, top 2 worst!! Such bad condition, half painted, bad condition. Definately NEVER recommend this. Pictures on hotels.com vs actual is a true scam!!! Check in staff suoer rude. Pay $40 something a day forced fee just for internet access (gym is useless)

The Gallivant's room was pretty bad paint chipping and light fixture where brokenn and it was in bad shape. I wouldn't let an animal sleep in a run down place like that

Rooms and overall hotel was not clean. They only had at most times one elevator working, which led to 10 to 15 minute wait times either to go up or down and when you’re on the 10th floor with luggage, you can’t take the stairs. Front desk staff were not friendly, only was the one manager I had encountered once. The walls are paper thin and I was woke up in the middle of the night due to excessive noise. The location is good, but the price is not worth what you get here.

2 of the 3 elevators were out and there were 14 floors. Rooms are very small and heat was a space heater. Air was window air conditioner. Great location and super nice staff. We only slept there and the bed slept good.

My first room would not open with the keys they provided to me. The hotel issued me 4 separate keys & none of them worked. In order to get into my room I had to have someone from the hotel escort me to open the door. Once I was actually in the room I was disgusted. The soap tray was falling off the wall in the shower, there was black mold in several places, & broken tiles in the shower & bathroom. that first night I went down several times to get new keys, after the forth time I asked for a new room. The person at the desk said no & made me feel like it was my fault that the keys weren't working and that I was asking for something ridiculous. It also took forever, because only 1 of the 3 elevators was working. After the first night I went to the front desk with the morning crew to tell them about the situation. My partner & I had to walk down 10 stories after waiting for 15+ minutes & no elevator. The morning crew were much more accommodating & issued me a new room. They asked me to repack & bring my things downstairs so they could move everything for me when the room was ready. With only 1 elevator it took forever to get back upstairs, then I had to carry all of our bags down the 10 stories. The elevators kept breaking throughout our stay making it extremely frustrating. Then, on the last day there was no hot water in the shower, & the side table light kept falling off when using it. The only thing good about this hotel was the location. Worst hotel stay ever.

It a nice enough hotel, friendly staff. The room are a touch smaller as they dont have rhe desk that many do. But the beds are fine, bathroom and shower good, drawers and closet. Only drawback is the elevators. One or the other is constantly on the fritz though thry said the overhaul would be done soon. Great location withnrestauranta close.
