Affordable hotel with a perfect location close to Times Square. Cleaning staff was very friendly! When we checked in our roomkey did not work. We went back to the reception and they let us in the room without giving us a new key so we couldn't re-enter by ourselves. They didn't solve the issue straight away and had to wait for new keys till the next day even though they only re-activated the keys.... The AC is very loud and cold. However the controller for the AC was removed from the wall. We called the reception and they told us the only way we can control the AC is by unplugging it from the wall (only on/off) which was hidden behind the exterior of the AC. Only 2 of the 3 elevators worked the whole stay and the other 2 elevators were extremely slow.

There was no TV or internet for the entire stay. Only one of the two elevators was in service for the entire stay. The room and bathroom were okay. The bed was comfortable but small.

Horrible. Do not stay here if you’re looking for a comfortable stay for more than a night. If I could, I would request Expedia remove them from their list of hotels. Every guest I saw was complaining and the management kept downplaying complaints as if they were new. Maintenance and cleaning people were nice and seemed embarrassed to work there. No TV channels, broken elevator, no AC, smelt like greasy takeout, broken and beat up furniture. Must I go on…..

It is great place to stay for the price and location. We were able to walk to all of our plays. Close to Time Square and a multitude of restaurants. It has 2 out of 3 elevators that work; one is a service elevator.

No microwave, no kettle, no cable, towels have stains. Elevator service is a little slow than most hotels you’ve been to.phone is not working when you call them and inquire. But people are nice, very accommodating and they do room service everyday. They are trying to make everything nice. There’s coffee, ice maker, personal fridge. The place is in the heart of Times Square manhattan.affordable in all the of manhattans hotels.

Although is very close to Times Square is very quiet and a nice place to rest. Staff was friendly and suggested great places for breakfast. The room was cozy and comfortable.

No hot water. Kind of crappy room interior for the crazy price (old stained window shades, peeling furniture, terrible paint job.) I know staying in NYC is expensive but I expected more. Staff was nice. Nice wallpaper and small attempts at redecorating. NO HOT WATER But the beds were super comfortable and I’d like to buy the pillows.

Honestly, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service was non-existent and I have never experienced a hotel so regimented about a 3 PM check-in despite telling customers that rooms had been ready since 1 PM — but if you were willing to pay 50 more dollars they could make an exception to the check-in time. Extortion, much? Additionally, the room was completely run down with outlets not even properly installed into walls or with outlet covers. The walls were damaged and busted in our room, and the flooring in many places was barely installed or coming up. I’m pretty sure my closet at home is larger than the room we had, and then add in the fact that there wasn’t a mini-fridge or any way to keep food. For the price, lack of amenities, and overall poor service we will not be staying here again.

The rooms are nothing like the pictures. Very small, even for NYC standards. The staff was rude. A/C did not work upon arrival. I had to make 2 different complaints about the 90 degree room, then go down in person and complain again before they brought up a window unit. Waited 22 minutes for an elevator, because only 1/3 worked at the time, and the elevator itself was the size of a shoebox. If the front desk was nicer, it would have taken the sting out of how bad the hotel stay was.
