Process was easy, venue clean and comfortable. Staff all very helpful and friendly , nothing too much trouble.. water pressure was not good in the kitchenette and water not hot. Also for future reference, bathroom deign awful, no space water goes everywhere from shower, a( drainage not Good) Sliding doors would be more suitable.
