Staff - betty. There was a dirty face mask behind the robes in the cabinet other than that it was clean. I could not find a ironing board - if it was there I just didn’t see.

This boutique hotel in NYC is as close to perfect as it gets. The room is exceptional—its design is not only stunning but also highly intentional. The technology is subtle yet impressive: you can control the lights and window shades right from your bedside, and even request privacy or service with the touch of a button. The staff is outstanding—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Amenities are exactly what you need: a well-equipped gym and a stylish downstairs lounge featuring live music. Overall, this hotel delivers an experience that is both luxurious and practical. I will absolutely stay here again. 11/10!
