Check in was easy. Property is kept clean and tidy(they did come late some days to clean rooms but I assume this was after the weekend check outs on the same floor). Breakfast is great (remember to go early). The Lifts.... Hyatt place could be 5 star but those lifts need some work. The four of them do not work together at all, we were on the 35th floor and had to ride them up to be able to go down to the foyer or breakfast during peak times. Other than that it was relatively easy to get in or out from them. There was the one morning getting stuck in the lift for about 10 mins because it was overloaded from the foyer.
