One of our best stays ever. The city view from our 22nd floor room was stunning. The staff were fantastic. The breakfast was full and excellent. The location can't be beat. Loved all of it!!! Highly recommend!

An okay hotel. But we messed up on booking and forgot to book our last night (night 4 of 4). The hotel said they called me at checkout time while we were out. But they did not leave a phone message, they did not text, they did not email — then they charged us an entire nights late checkout fee, even though they were not close to being full in terms of occupancy (it was a Monday night). If they’d left a message, it would have allowed me to quickly book a room online and in theory avoid a full night late fee.
