We had to wait 20 minutes to get on the elevator. One elevator was broken and what they had working was not adequate. All the staff were very nice and as helpful as they could be but management needs to wake up and pay attention the to the issues that are there's to resolved

Hotel was clean, breakfast was great, location was great. The biggest flaw was the elevator which was terrible. Huge wait times throughout the day. If you are staying there ask to stay on a low floor so you can take the stairs. Otherwise the wait can be 30 minutes if not longer at times for the elevator.

Even though there were a lot of people, the check-in process was quick, and the staff always guided guests to prevent long lines for the elevators, which was great. The location is excellent, the price is reasonable, and the room is clean and modern.
