The view i paid an extra 400 for was on the 10th floor. I had choses this room for the city view. Unfortunately the side of a brick apartment bulding isnt an NYC night view of the city. Dissapointing. The turndown service or housekeeping sevices arent available after 5pm. So, if you want to clean your room yourself its a nice hotel

Super quiet hotel

Super clean hotel. Pretty centralize in midtown without dealing with the loud tourist hotels in time square. One of the quietest i've ever been in. Rooms are a little small but most hotels in midtown the rooms are small versus other hotels in smaller cities across the states. would definitely stay again.

To remedy this, they offered an "upgrade" to a higher floor (read: they told us it was an upgrade to placate us when they didn't have a room ready hours after check-in time). Our new room was directly under the gym and above some balconies, which resulted in noise throughout the night and continuing into the morning. I wouldn't stay here again.
