Our family of two kids and two adults had a really great 5 night stay at InnSide Melia. I really have nothing but good things to say. Location very near Penn Station and other attractions was very convenient, and the hotel is on a very quiet street. Our room was also very quiet - no street noise and also we didn’t hear anything from adjacent rooms. Hotel and room design very bright, clean and well thought out. Beds and room very comfy; great shower and all amenities worked great. Coffee and free water/drinks in room a plus! Housekeeping and other staff service exceptional. Would highly recommend! We did not try the restaurant.

This property was nice but very busy! Great for walking to and from Madison Square Garden. It was walkable to Times Square, as well. Uber transfers were quick. We did not receive the complimentary wine, as mentioned in the message from concierge before arrival, as part of our Expedia VIP. We also were unable to check in with early or check-out at 2:00, as part of our perks with Expedia, due to how busy this property was during our stay. We also were charged for a room service order through the restaurant (third-party) that we never received, but the hotel stated they would work diligently to fix this error. Staff was personable. Room was the perfect size, for our party, also clean and tidy. Overall — a good stay!

I had never heard of this hotel before our stay, but we arrived and it did not disappoint! We visited during a busy time so early check in was not available, but they did their best to accommodate us. They were able to hold our luggage while we explored until our room was ready. My favorite thing was definitely that this hotel is in the center of everything! The restaurant downstairs was great, also.

The staff at this hotel were immediately welcoming and courteous. They honored my Expedia vip with a bottle of wine during check in as well. The room was clean, spacious, and they gave me one on the highway floor. I would easily stay here again
