Room was clean and spacious by New York standards, and bed was comfortable. Room was a bit bare, but functional. TV was a little hard to figure out - ChromeCast wouldn’t work and it wasn’t clear how to get to the TV channels; an engineer came to our room to help and he was great, but I think they should have instructions in the room about how to use the TV. We were on the 16th floor in a “city view” room and it was quiet with a lot of natural light. Very convenient location to MSG and Amtrak. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice and clean! We had a lot of problems with our night there. The fire alarm was on for three times during the night! 1 am, 2am and 3 am. We couldn’t sleep! We had to leave the building! It was a nightmare! I went back home so stressed!

Spotless room. Helpful and nice staffs. There are plenty of outlets but not all were working. Aside from the outlets, I would definitely book this hotel again. It is centrally located to Penn Station and convenient to museums.
