Great stay here for an event at Madison Square Garden. Walkable to Times Square, with a substation right by and Penn Station. The hotel was lovely on arrival with friendly staff and very clean rooms, cleaned daily with water and fizzy chillers each day for drinks. Beds was extra comfortable with bright modern rooms. Would defo recommend. We stayed 6 nights and loved it. Very happy customers 😀

Staff was amazingly respectful, room service was superb( i didn't have to request room service/after along outing my family and I went back to the hotel and surprisingly our room was clean to the tea and beds were made again etc.) There's a restaurant as well within hotel, food is affordable,drinks and ambiance is great and close to public transportation to explore the city. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for those of you visiting NYC. I'd definitely book here again.

The room was large, clean and modern. The bed and pillows were amazing and the smell that hits you when you walk in is addictive. Service was excellent and they were able to accommodate my requests for my gf who is disabled. Days before I was staying in a hotel room that was roughly half the size. And their restaurant, The Wilson, has a charming, romantic atmosphere that’s straight out of a romcom with delicious food, mouthwatering drinks and impeccable service. The area is also full of charming shops and places to stop and visit. If you’re going to be staying in Chelsea…stay here. You’ll tank me later.

I recently stayed at INNSiDE by Meliá New York NOMAD and had a really great experience overall! The location was perfect for exploring Manhattan, close to subway stops and lots of restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, making check-in and my stay feel smooth and welcoming. Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities and overall vibe of the hotel.
