At Brisbane airport staff excellent, friendly, helpful, went well and beyond to help us. We don't travel much so this was excellent. Melbourne staff the opposite. Where unhelpful. Short direct answers with a unfriendly nature. Hard to get a seat together when we were on a cruise with no internet. Had to get a family member to get us one together. Would be good if seating allocation would be done prior to return when doing the departing .
