Hotel had a gorgeous mountain view, really close to the main part of town, easily walkable (2 blocks). The hotel staff was amazing, really knowledgeable about the tours and able to help book things for us. Parking is on site and safe. I won't stay anywhere else in Banff!

The rooms are dated but clean and close to all the stores and restaurants. This is not a 5 star property but it does the job for a quick weekend away.

We had a lovely stay here. The parking garage was nearly full most times we parked, but we were always able to find a spot. I wanted to note that I had seen other reviews that said the hotel would offer complimentary bear spray, and when I asked, I was told that they had it but couldn't give it out and I would need to purchase it downtown. Our shuttle was leaving early the next morning for the lakes so we couldn't go into town to purchase any. We had to keep pace with other hikers who did have bear spray, which was a little stressful.

I love staying at the fox, i have stayed there a few times. They did take away the breakfast included but the breakfast at chillies is responsibly priced. The rooms could use an update the bulding is self is a little put dated but all in all a good place to stay.

We liked the look of the hotel. It was clean. We barely slept cause of the late party people - the walls are like paper. Then when we finally slept the people getting up slamming their baggage the rolling it noisily woke us Would be great to have another breakfast option other than Chili’s The hot tub is not as big as it appears online and be prepared for a SMALLER than you think you are getting room. For $600 it was TINY! Staff are great, parking great, bus tickets make it easy to travel through banff. Weird blinds - it’s all or nothing - everyone can see you in your room or your in darkness. No water in room. No fan in bathroom, Main complaint is that we barely had room for our bags in the room we paid a mortgage payment for!

The room and bathroom was very clean. We had a few minor issues with the bathroom and door lock on the first day which were resolved immediately once we contacted the front desk. The service was great! The location was 10/10 - super convenient and easy to walk to the town.
