The front desk staff really went above and beyond . We loved the room and the fireplace that you could set the timer too. The amenities also made it feel like a luxurious stay. It was also a great location downtown and had two options for the ski bus.

Moose hotel and suites is an ideal place to stay when in Banff. Super easy to get around, very comfortable rooms, fantastic hot tub and sensational views. We loved it here and will definitely come back!

Lovely hotel, nice staff. Close to Main Street Banff and overall convenient location. The main hot tub pool was closed for renovations (small one still open) which wasn’t explicit when booking, but would have been searchable online so just be aware and search online first.
