I loved this property. Our experience at this hotel was top notch from the moment we walked in. The staff were attentive, welcoming and went above and beyond for my birthday. We had a suite on the 4th floor that made coffee on the balcony feel very magic and breath taking. The rooftop hot pool, fire and just the whole ambience is absolutely stunning. I would 100% recommend staying here and will book here again.

This is the perfect place to stay in Banff! Great location, really cool vibe. The hot pool was wonderful! We had a 2 bedroom suite that was great for us. Wonderful view. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar!!

The Moose was a fantastic place to stay. The location was wonderful! Walking distance to so many things. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed or asked for. It was beautiful and so cozy inside with a giant fireplace lit in the lobby as well as a fire pit that was always going on the rooftop near the hot pools, which were so relaxing and had such beautiful views of the mountains. Every time we walked into the hotel it had the most amazing smell. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

Although this hotel is quite pricey with very few extras we enjoyed our stay. Having upgraded our room to a superior one, I was disappointed with the location with no real view of anything except the courtyard. Other than that it was convenient and easily walkable to anywhere in downtown Banff
