We’ve stayed here 3 times and never want to stay anywhere else in banff. The roof top hot pools are unmatched anywhere else except the fairmont. Staff is great, restaurant on site is good. Close to everything, just a great place to stay! It is definitely too expensive for what I would say are pretty average hotel rooms but everywhere in Banff is overpriced. Loyalty program would be nice too for returning guests!

Amazing Mother daughter get away

Mother daughter trip everything was really good . The food at Pacini was amazing !! The service however based on our last visits Was very very disappointing !! Total let down . It wasn’t busy service was disgusting! Tip shopping Ie take care of table of six And abandon table of 2 and 1 in your section . Only downside of the entire trip was the service at Pacini . Especially knowing what to expect from prior visits .

The property is well-maintained, centrally located, and conveniently close to bus stops. The hotel features an excellent jacuzzi, pool, and sauna on the top floor, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountain range. The heating is noisy and when it turned off, temperature dropped quickly. This is probably the only downside. The rest was quite good!
