Nice outdoor amenities and good location. Rooms are just ok with basic updates. There isn’t enough parking for number of rooms, and larger vehicles are a challenge. Coffee shop on site was convenient with friendly staff. Lots of tour groups made it feel like a hostel at times. I mistook the exceptional reviews for a higher end hotel.

It is so easy access to everything. We did a lot of hiking and the hotel’s location is easy access to restaurants, shops and even the trails, gondola ride. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is great and wonderful, cheerful servers. The hot tub and steam room is also a nice plus. Great way to have unwind after our hikes. Highly recommend.

The staff went above and beyond to make a reservation for us when we were having an issue. He literally spent hours on the computer and then finally called the owner of the company and made sure we had accommodations!

The bed was worn out from sitting on edge tending to feel like rolling off when sleeping. Hard mattress. Only one chair to sit back and relax in and we checked in as two. Had two chairs at a small table. Twin sinks but left side kept backing up. Had good shower. Breakfast was good
