The property and staff were very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, which I understand, but that was not on the website or communicated to us at booking. They did provide other options at neighboring sister hotels. They were unable to provide a key card that would work for our room so the first night and the majority of the next day we had to be let in to our room by staff of manager. They were very nice and aware of the inconvenience for both parties involved.

Nice place but when we stay there the pool is close although they give us an option to the other one that they also own and 1 of them is just beside them.. could be better if they just free the parking during lean season cause basically few cars in there..

I have stayed at this property many times over the years when in Banff. I like the uniqueness of the loft style rooms and the pool / hot tub / steam room have always been a draw for me. Our room was not ready at check-in time. When we did get into the room, the sofa bed had not been left or made up with any bedding. We were 3 adults and a dog staying in the room. The front desk sent a guy up at 10:00 to put bedding on the sofa bed. He did so, in sheet, blanket sheet order, instead of sheet, sheet, blanket on top order. In the morning, we had to ask the front desk to send up a third set of towels. Upon arrival, all 3 elements of the pool area were closed. We were not advised of this when reserving, nor was it mentioned on the Expedia website. If we knew this was the case, we would have stayed elsewhere. While normally a solid 3 star hotel, they are now trying to compete with the higher grade hotels by charging $15 per night for outdoor parking. I will now cross this hotel off my list of accommodation choices within Banff in the future.

I would not recommend staying at this location. My family booked this hotel for a night. We woke up in the middle of the night with bug bites. There were also black bugs in the bed. We ended up moving to a different hotel in the middle of the night. We have been trying to get a refund from the hotel for over a month now and the manager has been ignoring us. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend staying here.

Do not appreciate paying for parking. I’ve stayed there many times over the years and have never had to pay for parking. It seems unreasonable considering it’s not even indoor heated parking.
