We booked this last minute and got a really good rate. Our room was on the main floor and very quiet, just around the corner from elevator 'B'. Very convenient to underground parking and to the pool & fitness room. We were impressed with the cleanliness and updated features like a heated floor in the bathroom and lighted mirror. There was no view in our room and there is no dining on the property but we enjoyed a credit to dine at several nearby places. We chose "Good Folk" at the nearby Otter Hotel and were very impressed. We will return and opt for a view room next time.

The bathroom is too dark. No microwave in the room. Reception is good, straightforward, informative and helpful. Elevator smells like pet shop, can put some air freshener to reduce the odor. Overall it's a nice quiet location to stay, not too close to crowded area with great $15 complimentary to spend on lunch or dinner for the stay.

It was our second stay here and we absolutely loved it. Nice and quiet in the room and the pool and hot tub were both well maintained. Our 4 year old had a blast in the pool as it wasn’t too deep and was pretty warm. Will definitely stay here again!
