Hotel is located right beside downtown making it easy to walk to many of banff's shops, restaurants, park, and trails. Parking can be a problem.

Clean room, staff were efficient. Small room to be a pet friendly room. My only complaint would be when I was trying to book the room I wanted. The rooms did not state which were pet friendly. So as it was a pet friendly hotel I chose a room I wanted and was denied it after I received confirmation on booking it. I then was told to cancel my room and choose a different one in hopes it was still available at that time.

Great value in Banff. Close to shopping and restaurants. Stayed there 2 nights for a ski wknd to Lake Louise. Free shuttle picked us up in front of the hotel. Right on time.

Have stayed here 3-4 times but they no longer serve a complimentary breakfast anymore which I was not aware of. I went to grab my friend & I breakfast & was embarrassed to find this out after making our plates. Will not stay there again.
