Perfect central location to explore Banff on foot. Room very comfortable with good clean bathroom. Lift was near our room and clanked a bit which was annoying early morning but otherwise all good!

Thank goodness the staff were very friendly and as accommodating as possible. The first room we were given smelled of animal urine, the second room was ok, very dated. For over $600.00 cdn a night it was not up to par whatsoever. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Great location with other sacrifices

Only negative was not having an elevator from the garage to make it easier to bring luggage up to the hotel. Location was great. Facing the atrium was very exposed- would not recommend this room.

While this hotel is older it is very nice and some upgrades have happened such as the bathroom. It is located centrally and very walkable.

No hotwater after 10pm for some(if not all) part of the third floor. The AC is also too loud, the fan control makes no difference. Some of the toilet is also too small.
