Much better if they also include breakfast for the price we pay. Its too expensive not to have included breakfast. We also consider it to stay here again if they include the breakfast.

The location is great, very close to shuttle pick up for the gondola or Roam buses. It’s easy to walk to shopping and dining. As others have mentioned, the lighting in the room is very dim. I got used to it but wished for better. The breakfast situation wasn’t the best- the first morning a big group had reserved the whole area and we had to take the last few seats in the bar area to be served. The weekend it was closed and we either used the bar or went elsewhere. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but when I asked how to find the rental car office she said “you can’t miss it” which was quite wrong- it was very hidden. But overall I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it as a slightly more reasonable option for in town.

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are friendly. However, for a total cost of over $600, I expected a more updated facility. The property felt somewhat outdated, and there were no iPhone or USB-C charging options available. Cleanliness was average. While the location is good, I would likely consider other options in the future

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The location was fantastic, in the middle of downtown, very convenient to go everywhere. However, the room was not sound proof at all. We were in level 1, and can hear all the discussion from the lobby since 6am in the morning. I won’t recommend to stay especially with little kids or anyone who has trouble sleeping.

Super great location in the middle of town. Free bus to many attractions like Tunnel Mountain and gondola. Easy parking in the building. Would stay there again.
