We had a comfortable stay for two night. Staff were very friendly. Great that you get a free bus pass included with your stay. Bus stop is directly outside your hotel, so quick and easy to get to centre of town.

We really enjoyed our stay. Its an older resort but it seems kept up. My children loved the pool and the play area. My husband and I enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite with a loft bedroom for the kids. We look forward to staying again.

The view from the room was great. I could see the Rockies and it was quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean with lots of amenities. I loved the fireplace with wood you could burn. The staff were very helpful.

Beautiful area, there is lots of room choices. However, adult pool was closed down, saunas closed down, hottubs out of order. No resturant. They didnt change our sheets, only made the bed. Didnt replenish the coffee or toileties incl the toilet paper, we had to ask for it

Nice views and easy commute into Banff. The resort had a very dated and musty vibe and the room, although spacious, was not very clean - had a musty smell. Overall still good value for the money compared with other options.

We couldnt see the mountains from our room, but we had a forest view. We loved the layout of our loft room. We were very disappointed that the outdoor hot tub was closed as the pool area was extremely loud and none of the rules for slides or pools were being followed.

Cozy room with a fireplace

The room was clean and the fireplace was amazing. There was an issue with the shower as the tub backed up when showering so you were literally standing in a pool of water. One other disappointment was when I called the front desk to request a later checkout at noon on the morning of, the lady said no because someone else was checking in the room. This was literally a stay in the middle of the week and there were lots of rooms available.
