We booked 2 rooms here, one with a kitchenette and one a regular room. While this place was very close to Banff town and we appreciated the pool and gym, there were still lots of amenities that were not included in the room with the kitchenette. The room limited 4 people but it was so small and could hardly fit 2 people. Everything was tight in this space. There was no scissors, cutting boards or a sharp knife that should come with the kitchen. The heater made so much noise and was continuously making sounds throughout the night. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

The location is inconvenient to access and is not recommended for backpackers without a car. The sofa bed was very old and uncomfortable for resting, and only one old blanket was provided.
