The room was clean, I enjoyed having the kitchen. The staff were very nice, the bartenders/servers were exceptionally nice. (Shoutout bartender Andy) The pool and outdoor hot tub were nice and clean.

The staff very nice, pretty straightforward check in experience. I heard the toilet on the main level flush throughout the night. It sounded like the plumbing in all of the units was connected even though the units are separate. That should not be the case. Maybe? The upstairs floor was creaking on and off throughout the night. Everyone was asleep upstairs.

We have been coming here for years and this was the absolute worst. Our room was dirty, the toilet barely flushed and trying to get the shower to work properly because the tap was broken was a chore. They used to provide one bag of firewood and this is no longer offered. We also had to call for kindling and it took us 5 phone calls to get it. Will not be going back.

Everything was absolutely perfect. There was nothing to complain about, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Although the hotel is a bit far from downtown, the hotel provides a shuttle bus, which was very convenient. We traveled by rental car, so having parking spaces right in front of each room was also a big plus for us.
