The room was nice and clean. The only down side is driving across to enjoy the pool and hot tub. But it wasn't a big deal. Staff was very nice.

Was disappointed about having to pay for fire wood the showers were ice cold. Lots of renovations going on which should be covered up with plastic sheets. Rooms are extremely small for the price. Front staff were nice n polite. Check-in and check-out were very easy

The room was supposed to have been renovated but was not in great shape. Frame was broke on wolf picture in lounge, toilet didn’t work properly, wallpaper was peeling off in places. TV in bedroom had no signal and wood fire would not stay lit. Do t know if it was due to the wood or not enough draft in the fireplace. Staff were great. Sad that people from all over the world will come here to stay and it’s very tired and felt unloved.
