Close to the largest lake in Banff National Park. Room is spacious, clean and well-designed. The front staff are very friendly and helpful, provided lo local tour information which was much-needed for those not good at planning like us. Really appreciated.

The building we stayed needs serious upgrades including appliances, beds, sofas and chairs. The floors creak, tub and sinks need to be replaced. The sofa and coffee maker were broken. I called front desk and the staff made every single shortcomings in that place go away. Staff were so quick to respond and took care of everything with proper solutions to the issues. They are what made our stay in this old place very pleasant. We thank them for being so accommodating, efficient and guest oriented.

We had a fantastic stay at place! The communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. The apartment was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
