Location is far outside village centre but transport provided by hotel van (forget uber it’s not available and for some reason public bus doesn’t stop at this property, very odd). We had cute loft apartment with full kitchen and it had the basics. Was clean had wood burning fireplace, forest outlook very quiet and beautiful. IGA in town for food Super cute village it’s like a post card

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at hotel 10 min before check in time. I heard the front desk staff decide that we could have a room that someone else didn’t want, which should have been my first red flag. The condo room smelt like old smoke being covered up by potent cleaning detergent. The couch was extremely uncomfortable (we ended up using the pull out to lounge on). The kitchen faucet had soap scum caked on. The bathtub sealant had black spots on it. The bathroom wall had multiple drill marks/ unused screws in it. The baseboard heater was dirty and appeared broken with metal pieces protruding out. We attempted to call the front desk but the directions on the phone were either incorrect or the phone wasn’t working. We had higher expectations for this resort but were very disappointed.

The price is reasonable and the property is clean. One of the outlets in the kitchen did not function but there was another outlet to replace the initial one that did not work. There was coffee on site, sugar, creamer, pots, pans and cups to use. That made me feel like home. This property made it possible for me to celebrate my birthday in Banff. The hot pool indoors and the one outside were amazing. Wish there was also a sauna! Thank you for the hospitality.

The views around the area are breath taking. The houses need a little bit more upkeep in regards to cleanliness of the dishes, and items they provide the guests such as plates, blankets and carpet , they were a little dirty. The heat sometimes does not work and water was shut off without notice. Although the area is fantastic and prime location if you are trying to see all of Banff and surround areas via the ROAM transit or vehicle transit. Also was able to get free shuttle from resort to downtown to grab food (which was a plus point).

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the suite. The coffee maker and the kettle were too dirty to use. The main floor bathroom sink wouldn't drain and had standing water and "stuff" that backed up into the sink, the shower door was not working properly - and other things as well. The front desk saw to rectifying all these issues quickly and though I appreciate that it was not a pleasant first impression on that first day/night.
