Rented a 2 bedroom unit. The rooms are a bit basic but we got it for a good price. Room to spread out after a long day of skiing They need an update - but the. It would cost more!

Received a text AFTER registering and paying online that outdoor hot tub was closed for maintenance. Complained about that when we arrived and were given a bottle of wine and firewood. The wine was ok; the wood burned poorly

Great place great rate for a loft with a kitchen had an actual working fireplace. A hatchet would havr been nice for the wood. Other than being 2km from anytbing it was a great place to stay and not a big deal . They offer a shuttle for free to and from and they procide you with a schedule.

The location was good, it was just outside of the busy portion of Banff. We booked last minute and there were only 2 rooms available in the whole complex. I am quite certain we got the room that no one wanted. It was very outdated, the couch was very dirty and the pull-out bed was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom by the bathtub. The kitchen was old and needed serious upgrades. We also got a corner unit that was on the two main roads, so there was lots of traffic all night and quite loud. It was sufficient for a night, but I did not enjoy my stay, I was a little grossed out. The staff was friendly and accommodating, however, because of my experience, I will never return to this hotel. Oh, and the room was WAY overpriced. We paid over $240 for one night. For the condition the room was in, I would think $95/night was too much.

The property is getting a little dated. Needs some upgrades to the units appliances are half broken and the carpets are completely worn out and the bathroom fan sounded like it was about to blow apart. The main lodge is nice, the bar and bistro were good, however the outdoor hot tub is closed and it wasn’t advertised as not having that available which is part of the reason we booked this accommodation.

Second floor end unit is great! High ceilings. Extra side window that interior units do not have. Pool is located in basement of main building so walking outside is required. Parking is more than adequate for a long box dually truck. Hotel is not walking distance to central Banff. It was great for what we needed in a hotel!

I like the area for walks. I liked having a kitchen and a fireplace. The kitchen could be better stocked. I wish there were security cameras in the pool area. Restaurant prices could be more flexible (have lower prices for cheese pizzas). Restaurant service was good tho! We went twice I requested a room away from sounds (away from a parking garage doors etc) The room placement they gave us was great. However, I am sensitive to noise, and that dang fridge in our room had a constant high-pitched ringing and buzzing sound which impacted the level of peace and quiet I needed at times, leaving me to relax in the bedroom with the door shut instead of in the living room. I probably could have said something to the people who worked there but I had already requested a quiet room and I did not want to be too much, plus I had already complained about a naked man in the pool area which my young daughter unfortunately saw. I took my daughter here for her 12th birthday as I thought it would be a fun and relaxing time for the both of us while I was trying to recover from health challenges and autistic burnout . We got to enjoy the pool once but I did not feel comfortable going again and risk seeing that man. The shuttle service is great, however I do wish there was some more times in the morning and mid-afternoon. The workers were pleasant! They gave us a welcome gift in our room for my daughter’s birthday which made her very happy. Thank you, that was a lovely thing to do!

We rented 2 bedroom condo and it was a good space, we enjoyed the fireplace and the firewood that smelled so nice. In the morning we had a surprise show from probably 100 elks.

Friendly helpful staff. Location is away from town but nice if looking for peaceful get away and shuttle into town making it accessible. Great amenities : pool, hot tub, squash courts which the kids loved. Rented 2 bedroom condo lots of room and convenient but do for a refresh.
