The rooms were terribly hot and you couldn’t turn the heat down. Fireplace tiles were cracked and the wood around them broken- not safe. Floor and radiator terribly noisy. The place was much more outdated than the pictures made it out to be.

Clean and tidy, well-equipped facilities, convenient transportation, and cheaper than staying in Banff town. The only drawback is that there is a connecting door to the neighboring room, so the soundproofing is a bit poor.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The only downfall was the size of the bed lol I swore I booked a king, but may have been wrong… Water pressure in the bathroom shower is perfect. I do with breakfast was included, oh well lol. They allow pets which is nice & my cat enjoyed his little road trip with us. We’ll definitely be back.
