The location of the property was convenient to Banff and they run a courtesy bus into the town. However, these rooms are timeshare units and our particular unit was extremely tired and also had an unpleasant smell to it when we arrived. There were holes in the stair carpet and the arms of the sofa were filthy dirty. It was very close to the main road and the train line which made it noisy through the night as the very long trains rumbled through approximately every hour. When I complained about the smell a can of odour neutraliser was provided. We threw all of the windows open whenever we were in the unit. Reception obviously get the query about the tired rooms a lot and their stock answer was to advise that to get a better quality of room you need to book a Wolf level. I doubt I would book this property again.

I like that they had balconies with chairs and ashtray provided. The staff was great, even got a free upgrade to a room with a loft and two bathrooms, full kitchen and living room, dining room also.
