The hotel staff are very efficient and accommodating. The downtown area and IGA is just a walkable distance from the hotel. 24-hr water / coffee and tea counter near the lobby is a great idea.

Our room had sheets that had holes in them , a spider in the shower and a beetle on the bed. There was construction right outside our room so blinds had to be drawn the entire day for privacy as men were driving right by on machines that looked into our ground level room . The toilet ran water all night and the thermostat continually blinked a bright flashing light all night , lighting up the room. The bed was uncomfortable. There was also a dog in the room next to us that barked most of the evening . The staff were very friendly , the location was good, but I don’t feel this was worth the money we paid for it overall .

Hotel pictures were misleading to the scale of size of hotel and pool. It wasn’t as nice as it looked online.

The place looks old, and probably short of staffs, very unprofessional. I am disappointed once I entered the hotel Lobby seeing the front desk staff vacuuming the floor, when I walked to the elevator, a very strong bleach smell came from the elevator, they probably used too much bleach. Staffs are probably not trained properly for cleaning.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were polite. Overpriced for a tired looking room. Even with posted water maintenance scheduled, the property was without water for an afternoon. It would have been nice to know this before our stay in order to make a more informed decision about choosing this hotel. We were disappointed. 😞 At $799/ night we wouldn't promote this property to family or friends.
