Internet was slow. Breakfast area was too small and crowded, food had a limited menu. Pool had no access to a washroom, you had to use your rooms washroom or the lobby one. Otherwise, hotel was affordable, jetted tub was great, convenient location, great staff service, and having underground parking was convenient

Great place to stay in banff,1st floor with the patio outside was nice since had 3 rooms booked It would have been a 5 stars but the receptionist failed while checking in a guest who was parked in the middle of the driveway, instead of asking the guest to move to aside "she told the guest its fine" making us wait. I can't even explain the frustration at the moment. Was about to leave 1 star on google, yelp etc but doesn't make sense when one person makes a mistake like this. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel received a package for me, which was coolof them, clean, large rooms,breakfast was solid, pool and hot tub was never busy. Only thing and most important the bed and pillows were awful.
