Room - bed had hair in it. Did not look like it was changed from previous night. Mentioned to front counter who were apologetic- new sheets brought within 10 minutes.

Have stayed here before and by comparison the rooms and carpet in halls etc are really in need of updating . Lots of worn spots and wear marks on furniture. Needs some TLC . Staff was great. Overall a positive experience.

Originally had rooms on the first floor, the smell of chlorine was overwhelming and burned our eyes and noses. Staff was very accommodating and moved us to different rooms, for a fee. The rooms were clean and beds and pillows were very comfortable. The soap, shampoo and conditioner are very nice but extremely scented, would be nice to have an option for sensitive skin.

Room was clean. We had 2 double beds which was perfect for my daughter and I. Good parking underground and easy to drive to sunshine for skiing. The Keg is the attached restaurant. We ate there our first night as we got there late. Just wanted a light soup and had the lobster bisque. It was ok. We had dinner in town the other nights.
