Great location far enough away from downtown Banff but only a free short bus ride to get to anywhere in town. Very comfortable room and great service. My only negative was the wifi service, very intermittent.

Lovely spa

A one night stay which included a trip to the spa. The spa experience and service was a 10. Our room was not ready to check into until 4pm the same time as our spa appointments. We were allowed to use the parking garage before that which was appreciated. So we did not get to our room until later in the evening. Left little time to enjoy the hotel amenities as we had to check out very early at 6AM. The hotel was clean and no issues. Would have appreciated an early check in time as it is expensive for a 12 hour stay.

If you are looking for accommodations in Banff that are reasonable and within walking distance, this is a good pick. We were provided with a Roam Pass to use local transportation. It was about a kilometre walk to the shopping and restaurant areas. One staff member was friendly.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Coffee station was awkward. The whole tray had to be pulled out & used somewhere else. The fridge was quite small. The bathroom was very spacious. Lots of room to put toiletries. The only food option was the Keg. Although a fantastic restaurant, it’s expensive. The internet was ok, but it wouldn’t reach to our little balcony. It would drop.
