The rooms are newly renovated and are very comfortable, the heating system is great and the reading lights they have added are perfect. The staff at the desk and in the Crave dining room were great, and even the housekeeping staff we met in the hallways were very friendly.

Rooms were recently renovated beds were comfy, noisy during the night and sound travels into rooms quite easily from hallway .The renovations in the room are quite nice but the quality in the bathrooms was not the greatest nice products for finish but the workmanship lacks silicone could be re done would make thing feel a lot cleaner Pools looks nice but could use some maintenance on the pool floor and steam room maintenance on tile and cleanliness Staff was amazing they were responsive and got us everything we asked for promptly

Completed pre-check-in to save time. Was informed that the system was down the night before therefore needed to provide my CC again and finalize the check-in process in person upon arriving. I was told that the system didn’t save my CC info despite the payment going through during the pre-check-in process for verification. As a Expedia member, was given a free drink ticket to use at the onsite restaurant. When arrived at the restaurant, we were informed it was closed for a private function the entire night. The front desk seemed to be unaware of this until we went back and told them that we couldn’t access the restaurant. They had to look it up in the system and offered a ziplock bag of tea bags instead. Wish we were offered more relevant options like free bathrobes or parking. Also wish the hotel had let us know in advance that the restaurant wasn’t accessible the night we’re staying. We were looking forward to the convenience of the onsite dinner option. When we inquired if the hotel offered any water bottles that evening, instead of a yes or no, we were asked which room we were from and they confirmed the full name. It was an odd experience since we were handled by the same employee the entire night. They then responded that we could purchase a water bottle for $29 and fill it at the water station, which we kindly declined. The customer service seems disorganized and not as personable as it used to be.

The front desk employee was very difficult and made feel us very uncomfortable and create a situation where she would not accept our reservation because a typo in our reservation even if we showed her every proof of IDs , reservation # and do the preservation #. It was a very upsetting experience.

The rooms were clean, and freshly renovated. The pool, hot plunge, hot tub, and steam room were all amazing. Easy check in, and front end staff were very nice and helpful. The renovations in the front of the building did not affect our stay, there was no noise where we were. Would easily stay again.

Love this hotel with its great location and closeness to Banff Avenue. The room was lovely: clean, quiet, well appointed. Thoroughly enjoyed the underground parking and especially being able to wash your car while there.

The two front desk staff Genete and Clara, were two of the rudest service people I have ever encountered! They were both full of attitude and disrespectful. I was simply explaining to them that my reservation was through Hotels.com and as a Gold Tier there were beverages included with my stay; it actually was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel when there were so many options.
