I had a truly wonderful stay at Banff Park Lodge. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Banff—with beautiful mountain views all around. The overall atmosphere of the lodge felt peaceful and relaxing, and the service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality from the team. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Banff. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip as always.

The room was not ready by the guaranteed check in time. I suggested they comp the parking or allow us equivalent later check out time. Both were denied. I felt like the front desk staff that I dealt with were intentionally being unhelpful. Given we are repeat customers over more than 10 years booking multiple rooms it was disappointing.

Staff were amazing. Helpful and kind. A bottle of wine left for us was very kind as we were celebrating my husbands birthday. Room was very well equipped and layout was much better since it was recently renovated. Very clean. the room we were given had amazing views of the mountains.
