Great location in downtown Banff. Only concern was parking…we paid to park in the underground garage. The spaces were crazy small and difficult to maneuver. But it was convenient. Overall, a great hotel and stay.

The lodge felt very comfortable with rustic decor. More interesting than a typical hotel which I enjoyed. Though we were out and about most of the time, the bed was comfortable and we got an upgraded room with a balcony. Breakfast was included which was also ideal with our busy early mornings. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely reommend!

Location was excellent. Was very grateful that the front desk allowed us to check in an hour early as we were travelling with senior citizens. One of the rooms was a bit stuffy, even though we had the fan on. There’s no AC in the room. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

The hotel is centrally located. Very close to eateries and shopping. Easy walk to buses. Staff were very helpful

Staff is professional and the room is clean. But the room was very warm. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, only in the halls and lobby. The patio door opened up to a nice view but couldn’t keep it open. There are no screens to the door. There are a lot of mosquitos and the grease smell from the restaurants below is a bit much. The halls are very narrow so the noise from other guests passing by carries into the room. We did not sleep well. It is the kind of lodging I’ll never book again.

The people were incredibly nice and helpful!! The receptionist, Stephanie, was very helpful and friendly. She made sure we knew where everything was, she fired up the Sauna, fired up the Fire Pit outside the dining area and made some very good recommendations for dinner locations nearby. The deer out front was a unique welsome! They looked at us and eventually got up and went to a more restful area. The breakfast was incredible. The library was extraordinarily homey and warm. The sitting areas were neatly arranged and convenient. The flowers were well cared for and blooming (what the deer did not eat, LOL). The place was decorated throughout with incredible art displays and good taste. The rooms were very comfortable and well decorated.

Rustic lodge but with everything you need. Views are amazing and front desk was so polite and friendly both at check in and out. Restaurant wasn't very vegetarian friendly so only had breakfast once but the brewery nearby that they suggest was really good too.
