Hidden Ridge is a beautiful property and maintained well on the exterior. The interiors need an upgrade. The premium deluxe condo was terrific, but the deluxe condo we moved into later looked a bit worn. Nonetheless, with the small kitchens and dining areas, it was a great stay.

We stayed at the Resort for 9 nights in Sept. We found the rooms to be clean, the staff to be outstanding and the overall trip to be everything that we expected. The location in Banff allowed us to visit everything that we wanted to see which was within driving distance from our location. The hot tubs and the sauna were something that we enjoyed every night. The parking was tight when full but additional parking is available in the underground parking facility. The town is walkable from this location and we enjoyed many meals in Banff. If in Banff again, I would pick this location again.

Room was not cleaned well any of the days. Tissue was not replenished, toilet paper forgotten twice, floor not vacuumed on any day, soap in the washroom not refilled and chimney not cleaned. We had a big problem with ventilation after using the fire place once. The whole place filled with smoke and the smell stay for the duration of our stat although we kept the windows and balcony opened as much as we could. Also people used marijuana below or right next to us and we had the constant smell everywhere in our home. It was so bad that it the night we had to open windows because both the disgusting smell of people smoking in their rooms plus the fire smell really spoiled our time here. The staff never mentioned laundry room to us so we did not know there was one

Jets on hot tob not working. People in room above us were very loud - 5am wakeup call, sounded like they were going to come through the floor. Parking was always an issue. They should have a limit of vehicles per room. I have stayed here multiple times and I think this will be my last time. On a side note: friendly staff and best hot tub views in Banff.

The location was the best aspect. The cost was way more than the facility was worth. Pool and hot tube dated with the jets not working at the hot tube. One out of two clothes washer was broke, one out of two dryers broke. Obvious little recent investment in the property.

The area was beautiful. The resort itself was clean. The rooms are pretty outdated and things like the ceiling is stained, crumpling and falling apart, carpet unraveled and pulling up. You don’t spend much time there so it worked for us but, for someone wants something modern and spotless, probably not your place.

The staff is nice and friendly. The property is keeping in good and clean condition except the water pressure is no good so that sometimes the toilet flush is very low. We can not use the hot spring because very crowded.
