A quick 10 min drive to Banff’s main drag. Good location close to shuttle stops. The lodge was not sparkling clean with so-so bedding but the pull out mattresses were pretty comfortable. Minimal kitchen tools were just like everything else in the lodge, old. Staff were friendly and service was super fast. Garbage and beds were tended to daily.

I need of some upgrades and cleaning

Definitely in need of some upgrades and cleaning. The room was very dated and could hear the neighbors stomping around. The kitchen and bathroom had bugs and just very dated. The hot tub jets didn’t work and was very dated and dirty. Location was great and free shuttle to town was a plus.

More seating needed in the rooms, found myself spending a more comfortable time at the pool than in the room. I liked how close it is located to downtown Banff. The spa pool could use a little uofrade, tiles look old, but the scenery from the pool is amazing. Would be nice if they had breakfast at the facility. The condos are comfortable but very basic. Bathroom downstairs in the 2 bedroom loft condos is extremely small, specially the stand in shower.
