Great ampke space clean room with kitchenette and big bed and bathroom. Amazong attentive staff and perfectly located for all top attractions. Good food and quick and easy check in and out process. Cannot fault them at all.

Went to gym on 34th st about 11:30 came back about 12:30 and notice housekeeper clean my room with my wife and kids still in room..I went to my pants that I left my money in and notice $2800 was stolen.contacted front desk and nothing was done..call police and the asst.manager refused to let police officer talk to her but he forced her..I never had any thing stolen from me like this..this is a good hotel but they have theives working for them..

Housekeeping was barely present. Most of the amenities in the kitchenette were broken. Repair not possible and room transfer wasn’t available. Didn’t really offer much of a credit. I’ve stayed here many times but each time the quality seems to be less and less. Location is prime but hotel staff seems a bit cold and rude.

The room was nice, the elevator delays we expected, but i didnt expect to not get any kind of housekeeping services the 4 days we were there. We asked 3 times to have someone at least come get the trash out of the room and they never did amd we asked for trash bags so we could bag it up and never got them. With 4 travelers we had a very large pile of trash in our room. Staff was friendly, breakfast had great choices, hotel was clean, and location was great.

Big room, clean, remodeled, has kitchen, stove, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, big shower. Comfortable king bed, nice pillows. Breakfast changes day to day, not much but different. Staff friendly. 3 fast elevators. Stayed 6 days attending trade show at Javits Center 3 blocks away. Stayed here many times in the past, biggest difference is Element has biggest rooms compared to all business hotels in the area or NYC hotels in general.

Although the room was average there were a few minor issues but don’t impact too much during our stay. There was a bulb out in bathroom there was a constant leak from bathroom sink there was very low pressure from kitchen sink. No tray in microwave to use it. And the temperature in room was either extremely hot or cold. But again was an average stay and we did advise the front desk of the issues upon checkout. We still choose the element every trip to NYC.
