The staff was amazing and kind! The amenities were amazing and how close the hotel was to everything was perfect! The only thing I will say, is that they mentioned that room service was every other day but my room was cleaned every day which I found a bit odd. But besides that everything was amazing! Will be back!

Everything was good, the staff was great, breakfast delicious, the room were perfect, except for the elevators, they weren’t working good. We were staying in the 26 floor and had to walk down the stairs twice, because only 1 out 3 elevators was working.

The front desk staff were always so nice and polite along with being very helpful. The Bell man was such a nice person. He even remembered my name from the day before. The room was super nice and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best buffets breakfast I’ve ever had.

The hotel demanded $250 on arrival as a deposit which they said I would receive back in 3-4 weeks. There was no pre-warning of this during the booking process, otherwise I would have picked another hotel. I would understand if I had damaged the room etc but they took my money before I had even set foot in the room. This was not a nice start to the holiday as it left me out of pocket. Also, the continental breakfast experience was very busy and overwhelming, not a relaxing or enjoyable experience - we ended up getting breakfast and coffee elsewhere every day due to the business and poor selection. Shower was cold, some of the lights not working, and no kettle in the room.
