The stay was good. I didn’t like the AC unit making a rattling noise, so I couldn’t use it while sleeping. Second, I couldn’t stay for my second time, so I asked both Expedia and the hotel itself to see if they could refund me for the second night. Both of them said that they couldn’t do anything about it since I booked it through the third party. It’s pretty disappointing that both Expedia and the hotel itself couldn’t do anything about it what’s so ever. I understand there’s policy place, however there was no wiggle room on anyone’s side to help and make an exception. I had to make a choice and stay since if I didn’t I would’ve lost out on a good amount of money.

The hotel Beacon is on the upper west side and is a convenient subway ride either downtown or up to Harlem where so many different activities exist in Manhattan that you could never run out in a year! Our bed was great, water pressure was great, staff was wonderful, and the kitchenette was great. We just had breakfast at our room every day saving a lot of time so that we could squeeze as many things in as possible and would love to come back and go to a show at the Beacon Theater sometime right next door. Thank you Hotel Beacon staff for being so kind and welcoming and keeping it clean.

We had a very nice stay. They upgraded us since room wasn’t ready . It very clean and cozy. The view was beautiful . The bathroom needs ventilation tho . Also, the pull out couch to bed for my kids was uncomfortable. I asked for a mattress topper and person didn’t know what that was .

Super clean, very helpful front desk, comfortable beds, our only issue was once the hot water ran out.

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Loved the large windows and the fact that I could open them. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. And of course it's a wonderfully convenient location with lot of great food and transportation options.
