Great location, everything else not up to standard

Pros: the location and views
Cons: a whole lot of things starting from the basics of having a clean apartment, up to making customers actually feel they aren't a burden on staff
We booked for 2 nights and in all reality the first night was a stressful experience compounded not only by the unhygienic and uncleanliness of the apartment but also the impact this had on us being able to relax and unwind upon our arrival and let’s be honest, thats the reason you go on holidays and pay for this to occur. Upon arrival the below was observed: - All towels (apart from 2 in the master bedroom) were in fact still wet and folded onto the beds and smelt damp/unclean - The floors in the bathrooms were still wet and slippery with foot marks visible - The mat in lounge area had bread crumbs, biscuits crumbs and food particles on it - The main carpet flooring in the master bedroom was stained - The main bed in the bedroom appeared that the bed was made hastily and in fact we questioned whether the sheets had actually been washed or if the bed was just made - The outside balcony area was nothing short of disgusting. The floors were absolutely filthy as was the glass table which still had drink and food stains on it. The area under the BBQ table was even worse. I spent close to one hour sweeping the floors, removing cob webs and dead insects from door frames and the tables and chairs as well as disinfecting the table in the hope of making it clean enough for our children to go outside. I seriously doubt that the outside area has been in cleaned appropriately in months let alone the last few weeks. Certainly way below any expectation

Excellent location, quality apartment

Stayed for 4 nights. Excellent location right on the beachfront and in the town. Easy walk to shops, hotels and cafes. Quality apartment and well equipped.

Great views, close to everything

Pros: Great views, so close to everything and a wonderfully equipped, large apartment.
Cons: Mix up with the payment of the property
Location: Granite Island, playground, other attractions along with eating and shopping all on your doorstep.
Great views, large apartment and close to everything you need or wish to see in Victor Harbor. Had all we needed to cook, relax and enjoy the area. Security features and double car park were a nice extra. Easy walk to all the pubs, restaurants, shops and attractions including Granite Island. Couldn't ask for more. Only downside was a mix-up with the deposit payment but easily sorted by agent who was extra helpful. (Through this we realised we payed more for this booking rather than the agent's special on the property but we wouldn't have found this wonderful property so it's ok.)

Apartment 22 Breeze Victor Harbor

Pros: Fantastic location! Close to everything, no need to drive to any shops, beach or activities. Modern apartment with all the comforts included.
Cons: The lounge suit was getting a bit worn out.
Location: Everything is within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, Granite Island, playground, beach, lawn bowls, grassed areas,camel and pony rides.
A friend and I booked this apartment at short notice for a weekend getaway. The moment we entered the apartment we were blown away. 2 spacious bedrooms, main with private balcony and en-suite. A second bathroom/laundry then down the hall to another room with by-fold doors containing a sofa lounge. Then through to a modern kitchen living are with beautiful sea views which you can enjoy from the spacious balcony. Everything you needed was contained within the apartment, our time there was spent sitting out on the balcony enjoying the weather and views. If you open up the window closest to the kitchen and the massive sliding door to the balcony a fantastic breeze flowed through the room which was amazing and very relaxing. I am looking forward to coming back either with friends or with my family as the play ground is just down the road and they would love it.

A great escape from the city

Pros: Spacious, modern, well equiped and secure with secure under cover parking for 2 cars
Cons: Local maps and information about local facilities and attractions, such as site seeing and markets as well as the opening times if applicable
Location: Close to the beach and a shopping centre nearby for anything you need. Goolwa (Sat) & Pt Elliot Markets (Sun). Granite Island is in walking distance
Modern, comfortable and secure with great ocean views. A lovely place to relax and chill out or be adventurous and explore Victor Harbour.

Beautiful apartment on the beach front

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was beautiful. I wasn't expecting a self serving place (had to remember to take out the trash before we left etc) but because of the way it was set up this was very easy to do. Complimentary bottles of wine and a gorgeous glass table to play games on and we were very very happy.

Very relaxing

Great clean family accomidation. Loved it. Walking distance to everything in victor Harbour. Like a few steps from the front door. And beach which is great for kids to swim and playground straight out the front. Our kids. 10 yo and 8 to loved it !!!!

short break

Pros: Its central location and the quiet at night. Close to restaurants and just a short drive to Port Elliot and Goolwa.
Cons: The main bathroom, bath with shower. The glass partition even when closed leaks water when showering which makes the floor very slippery.
Location: Very close to the Whale watch centre. Close to interesting Port Elliot and Goolwa as well as been within walking distance of the main street and lots
This was meant to be a short break in winter. The apartment is very central in Victor Harbor and very quiet. The thick glass on balcony is great allowing views to sea without the road noise. Very comfortable rooms and to have a separate study was a real bonus.
