Loved how accomodating the staff was. She was able to squeeze us in the extra night that myself had mentioned in the last minute and matched the price of the first night. She was absolutely lovely. Amazing view. Beautiful setup and design of the apartment suites. Clean. All the amenities. The best for what we paid. Definitely coming back again.

Overall excellent, but the bed was old, a bit grubby and squeaky - it needs replaced. Also, the blankets are same - old, tired and had lots of hair on them - really poor. However, apartment and facilities - those issues aside - were great.

The apartment was beautifully fitted out with a great view and everything you could need in the kitchen; however the bed was too soft with no back support and unfortunately we did not sleep well because of this.

When my husband checked in the room he was given was excellent then the airconditioning didn't work and they moved us to a room that was in significantly poorer condition. Laminate bubbings up from kitchen cabinets ect. I have a history in the hotel industry and was not impressed, usually if you inconvenience a guest you upgrade them not down grade and the property was far from booked out. Whilst they give you plenty of shower gel not providing a shower cap or having one available for purchase was also very annoying.
