Friendly and easy checkin. Food court service is slow so plan extra time, not a lot of grab and go options. But restaurants in area are good if you have a car

Very busy and big Poolside music very loud Hard floor surfaces and thin walls made noise travel between rooms / floor above Not very relaxing as a result of above factors Room suite and layout great Couldn’t fault the transport links Good onsite laundry Free grab and go filter coffee - cups in the room (disposable plastics) Food offer was canteen style and expensive Drinks very expensive

This hotel was great for our stay. Our two bedroom suite was nice for us parents to have a separate space from the teens. There were areas in our room that could have been cleaned better, like along the baseboards. The walls seemed thin, could hear some noise in the room next door, but not too awful. The food we had from the cafeteria was good. It’s nice to have so many options, and to be able to take it up to our room. Some of the cashiers in the cafeteria were not super friendly. But front desk staff were so nice and helpful, as were the staff in the gift shop. It’s so convenient having a shuttle to all the universal parks too. The website says they leave every 15 minutes but sometimes they were way quicker than that.

I rented the 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for my family of 5. The rooms were clean. The linen and bedding was clean and comfy. The restaurant food was delicious.

Move the smoking area

We were in tower two and had to walk through the designated smoking area to get to our room. Smoking should be in an out of the way place.
