We had an excellent time. One of the elevators was broken when you already have to wait a while for an elevator to begin with. The pool area is wonderful, though a hot tub would have been appreciated.

Every time we come to Orlando we always stay at Dockside and absolutely love it! The only complaint I have is when I arrive every time to check in there’s only 2-3 employees at the lobby desk and there’s always a long line and the wait is always 45-60 mins. I feel that more employees should be called to the front. Checking in shouldn’t take that long

Our stay was excellent. Great size room for family with 2 teen boys. Loved that I could text housekeeping requests and would receive a response immediately. Location was perfect, so much was in walking distance and on the Trolley route. Would stay here again.
