Very nice hotel

Very nice location. Convenient to airport. Did not use shuttle but saw it picking up often. A nice amenity if needed. The gentle that checked me in was very generous and pleasant, going above and beyond for an early check in. Would stay here again if in the area.

Unexpected bad surprises

I booked this hotel, like many others staying there, because of the shuttle service included. I called the night before to ask how to book it both ways since I had a flight the morning after arrival. Was told to book upon arrival (bad advice and service. Had to wait 1 hour at the airport ( was told they were sold out and too busy) and was left without shuttle the next morning because it was sold out. Asked for a quiet room and was put on ground level with room door in front of the bar. Asked for a cab service and was give a business card for a tow company. You can’t make up stuff like this. It’s was like a big prank.

Checked In online and at the hotel none of the information was at the check in desk. Complete waste of my time Shuttle fully booked for time in the morning we wanted. Had to go an hour earlier. More time wasted. No breakfast included which disappointed. Hotel itself was nice and clean. Check in staff were good. Would hesitate to stay again with so many better options around and nearby
