This place is great. Property is beautiful with great bird watching by the lake. The highball restaurant has excellent food and cocktails and an incredible bartender. Rooms are clean and nice with great views

Expected a lot more for a JW Property. Service was lack luster from the pool to house keeping. No bedding for pull out called waited almost an hour to have it brought to the room so we could put our son to bed.

The room was large, clean, quiet and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was pleasant and dining was great. Enjoyed the pool area and the pool at the Ritz was just a short walk too.

We have been taking the grandkids to grande lakes for the Fourth of July the last 2 years and they love it. The staff and the hotel is amazing. The water park and lazy river are amazing. Memories created and fun was had. Def will be back !!!

Fabulous Stay

Fantastic Property with wonderful customer service. The outside amenities are absolutely gorgeois and we enjoyed the restaurants on property as well. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and you can tell that they take cleanliness serious. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
