Everything was good overall, including the room and amenities. Room service and response time were very good. However, the main issue I faced was that about 80% of the property does not have an elevator. This was not communicated at the time of check-in, and I was assigned a third-floor room in a building without an elevator. Since I was traveling with small children and needed to use a stroller, this created significant difficulty. When I went back to request a room change, the lady at the desk refused to change the room. Later, a gentleman assisted me and helped resolve the situation, which I appreciated. Additionally, the cleaning schedule is a bit tricky, as it needs to be scheduled in advance.

I do not think there should be a charge for parking. I’ll seriously reconsider staying at the property in the future. There is no internal shuttle option to move guest around the property so therefore a car is essential. I have been staying at the Sheraton Vestina properties for 18 years. so i am feeling a little disappointed and discouraged. Please increase your rate if necessary and remove the parking fee

Apartment was spotless. Convenient to Disney. We didn't love that housekeeping knocked at 945 on the day of check out to say we needed to be out by 10. Other than that everything was good.

Lovely hotel. Very close to parks and had a shuttle. We personally like the other Sheraton vistana (newer, nicer kids pools), but this one was fantastic for the price.

Room was huge! Loved the experience check in was smooth only thing they don’t tell you is theirs a parking pass fee we stayed 4 days 3 nights and paid $79. Besides that it was great! Easy smooth check in and check out everyone was nice and friendly!!
