It was a superb time. The room was clean. The AC was nice. The hotel was a good distance from both universal and Disney World. It had great amenities and the check in process was straightforward. The only downside is that I’ll have to wait to book for the next time I’m in town for vacation haha. Great stay!!!

Pros.. I was able to check in 1-2 hours earlier and the room was nice. Con’s.. Spa tub didn’t work. Doors slam shut and I would never recommend a room on a bottom or middle floor. It was my daughter’s birthday and we couldn’t sleep in due to loud noises coming from above us. Children were knocking on the floor before 7am. You can hear them running and jumping around like there wasn’t a parent in site. We couldn’t get any rest. The patio furniture is nice but you can hear the chairs every time they move. I don’t think I will be returning. If I did, I would definitely ask for a top floor room in advance.
