We just had a much better overall experience at Sapphire Falls from our prior vacation. We felt more welcomed. Cleaning staff was pretty good and the beach club was awesome. The staff at check in could have been more welcoming.

Don’t recall breakfast included, may have missed it. But the hotel and grounds were very clean, staff was super nice. Lobby bar had great food and cocktails. The walk to the park was short, and also access to water taxi for the slightly longer but scenic route

Nice! Very handy to the park. Beautiful pool area. Nice store and restaurant. However the waitress in The Kitchen needs some training on guest relations. Would definitely use this resort again!

Nice hotel, rooms a bit dated but staff are generally friendly. We booked club level but sadly Treated like second class citizens because we booked through hotels.com and not direct and got moved to a standard room because club was full. Wouldn’t book club again.

Everything was great. We got stuck in the rain coming back from the parks, and there was an employee waiting at the door with warm towels for the guests.
