Decent hotel. Nice breakfast which stays busy. Walking distance to outlet mall. Many places to eat nearby. Rooms are clean. No closets in room which is odd. No place to hang clothes.

This property is across the street from Vineland outlet mall. I was able to access several restaurants after a day of shopping. There is a small pool, it was warm on my stay in may 2025. Rooms are serviceable and basic. Room was very clean and met my needs for a one night before theme park stay. If you need a quick stop or are spending all your time in parks (they offer a shuttle) it is a good value. Also the had a good included breakfast!

The place is amazing. Walking distabce to the outlet mall and other food place. Smells good and new. Very clean. Pool is ok. Umbrella was broken but friendly staff tried to fix it for us. Safe area even at nighttime.

The only thing I found off putting was when you pull up to hotel and the garbage cans out front are overflowing with garbage. It made me feel at first that I made a mistake booking there.

Bugs!!!

Walked into the room and the floor was sticky and bugs everywhere. Had no other rooms so had to leave and books somewhere else. Took 2 weeks with multiple calls to get our money back after they stated we wouldn’t have an issue getting money returned

It was nice and very clean. They served real food for breakfast and the scrambled eggs were cooked properly It isnt too fany, but it is clean and friendly and the lication is great!
