Ok

It wasn’t OK hotel. Pretty cheap, I’ve paid more for less. Staff’s pretty friendly, put the hotels not in the best shape. My room was nice and clean and my day was comfortable. Can’t say that I would stay there again given the amount of options in the area.

The room and bathroom was clean and modern but lacked a coffee maker and complimentary water bottles. The daily breakfast buffet was average but finding a table was very difficult since the buffet/dining area was very small. Location is great for shopping but can be confusing for Uber drivers to navigate to. Overall a positive experience and good value.

Great option and budget friendly

Very nice budget hotel, we stayed six nights, good location, great amenities like free parking, wifi, breakfast included with enough choices for everyone in our family, pool table in lobby, even washer and dryers which we did use. Room was clean and comfortable, limited housekeeping but on request staff was very responsive when we asked for towels and extra toilet paper, very accommodating for a late checkout request at noon for an extra fee of $25 which worked well for our family.

Stayed 2 nights before our cruise. It was convenient, offered free shuttle service to Disney, included breakfast. Beds were comfy. Staff helpful. Pool area was small, leaves in cold pool, Market Place Cafe closed too early for us to use after Disney day. Price was high ($214 USD), (compared to resort we stayed at after our cruise for $134 USD, which also offered free shuttle service, had several clean pools, 2 restaurants.)

The hotel is nice. Clean and close to parks, they offer transportation to parks at exact schedule time. The staff was nice except one receptionist, they offer free breakfast which is a good savings to start the day. I had a room at the top floor so no noise complaints. Overall I would stay again.

Not my cup of tea!!

Have used Hotels . Com for lots of travel. Never have we had to pay a “service “ fee when we arrived. It amounted almost to the $ my rewards had off. The hotel is super super basic. No Kleenex in the room at all. No coffee pot. Counter very small in bathroom. Several plugs did not work in the room. I wouldn’t stay here again. I chose it based on other reviews and it had a free breakfast but the service covered that and we could have stayed somewhere else nicer that had more amenities.

Low quality as the price indicates

Room was dirty. Dont believe the sheets were clean. The room was very inexpensive so I am trying not to be too critical. However, I booked it based on these reviews and I feel misled.

Family time

New property, very clean room, convenient to shopping and restaurants. The only inconvenience was the room had no tissues and only 3 pillows to each bed. I’ve found it to be customary to have 4 pillows on each queen size bed and 6 on a king size bed, and of course tissue and toilet paper available. Nice dining area but options for breakfast was limited.
