This was the loudest place I have ever stayed. There is a total lack of soundproofing so the room was filled with constant noise of breezeways, kids screaming from pools, basketball dribbling. After long park days we were exhausted and it didn’t get remotely quiet until midnight, even with a loud sound machine.

Sister get away

Asked for late checkout- got approved until 11:30, was locked out of my room at 10. After getting back in and getting another key so I could stay by the pool for a few hours until my flight - I was again locked out of the pool area at 11:30 even with the new card. Frustrated so I left.

We enjoyed our stay. We rented a two-bedroom suite which was a perfect space for our family of three plus one guest. Very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we would need to cook. We appreciated the large elevator to make bringing up/taking down luggage easier. The teens loved the pool and hot tub, and everyone loved the screened-in balcony as well. The location was also great. Minutes from Disney Springs and the parks, lots of restaurants and a grocery store very close by. Our only complaint was about the noise coming from the room next to us. Specifically, the door between the adjoining suites was so thin/not insulated that we could hear every word spoken the entire time those guests were in their rooms, as well as the dialog of the news programs they watched through the night. If you bring ear plugs and don't mind being bugged to sign up for a timeshare when you arrive, this is a great place to stay.

Clean place, staff was very friendly and helpful, somehow they werent able to see my reservation which might be expedia's fault but the manager was able to get me one eventhought they were booked. Only bad thing was very noise even after 11pm people were still hanging around the common areas being loud

Hotel room seed unclean. Pictures looked better than the hotel room itself. Lights trying to come down from the ceiling in the kitchen. Walls so thin we can hear everything, and i do mean everything our neighbors were doing and saying. By far the worst hotel ive ever stayed at
