Very poor, I couldn’t even stay there because they required a $200 cash only deposit. My debit card didn’t work in their atm and the staff wasn’t helpful in resolving the issue. I had to get a completely different hotel.

Great room and location for the price. The room was very large and clean. The staff was wonderful. I didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and clean. The only complaint I could give is the pillows are small and not comfortable. Overall great for the low price.

Tive um problema no 1º dia com relação à barata no quarto, mas foi solucionado no mesmo momento. Fizeram o remanejamento para outro quarto e gostamos muito do quarto. Espaçoso, limpo e tinha microondas (o botão de play do microondas estava com problema para iniciar o aquecimento da comida, um mal-contato) e tinha frigobar que funcionou perfeitamente. A equipe da recepção muito prestativa e atenciosa. Sempre que precisei fui muito bem atendido. O hotel cobra U$ 5,00 por encomenda recebida. Achei um pouco alta. Alguns hotéis cobram quando não pegamos no dia que chegou. Acho interessante esse tipo de cobrança. O estacionamento é bem próximo do prédio e não é cobrado. Houve um problema no elevador próximo ao meu quarto. Achava importante, que fosse enviado uma mensagem para os hóspedes usuários daquele elevador. Mas tem um outro na outra extremidade. Acho importante que esta informação seja transmitida de alguma maneira. Isso aproxima o hóspede e gera satisfação.
