I was highly disappointed when I checked in and after having prepaid in full for all taxes and fees, according to Hotels.com, was charged an additional $47.96 stating it was a resort fee. I had no service. No breakfast was provided. When you check your account for the charge, you see no affiliation with the hotel name or Hotel.com. I was assigned to the motel side, in the back facing the parked cars and highway, no resort. Insulting!!!!

Wonderful friendly staff, clean bathroom, pool, except I feel they can change or clean AC unit filters bc it can be dusty & the sheet on the bed had burnt holes on it. Other than that, the pool was clean.

El personal fue bastante amable en todo momento, las camas indicaron en la descripción que eran tamaño queen cuando en realidad eran tamaño full. Otro detalle es que en toda la habitación habian unos pequeños animalitos tipo gusanitos de patio. El televisor solo se podia ver un canal. Y otro detalle fue que cuando se hizo la reservación por Expedia en ningún momento se nos indico que al llegar al hotel teniamos que pagar un cargo de $47.96 al momento de hacer checking.

Changing brand and reconstructing rooms. It's a mess...got a new room lights nor electric outlets worked, no soap avail, mattress only on $90 metal slatted base made for box spring and mattress. No trash cans, construction mess in room didn't get cleaned up. Dirty public areas, they are trying to freshen up gross outdated property.
