My overall stay was good. My issue was when housecleaning would come they did not clean. Dirty towels were left in the sinks the sinks where not clean and the Floors were not vacuum nor swept. I find that to be Unexceptable .

Adequate property if looking for something close to the parks. Shuttle service is super convenient. Parking was easy even when hotel was full. Had some issues with rooms at check in which wasn’t resolved until the next day which wasted time. Room was spacious and clean. We didn’t get it serviced during our stay but had everything we needed. Rooms facing the freeway are extremely noisy so ask for a room at the Westwood Blvd end if you want to sleep. Towels are terrible, worn, small and need to be replaced. Pool towels are even worse. Pool area was quite nice and spacious.

The hotel smells very bad. The breakfast is bad and close to early. The parking is too expensive. They supposed to offer transportation from the water park never came I took a uber. The information desk is not the best
