Everything was wonderful during our stay! We visited to see Swan Lake. Everything was clean and staff was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze and breakfast was hot, fresh and a great variety.

The staff was very engaging and helpful. They let us check in early. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are well worth the money. Good deal for the money in the downtown Orlando area. Can’t wait to see what their breakfast is like.

The suite was beautiful and the entire hotel had a great vibe. The breakfast was amazing - not your typical breakfast buffet - custom made omelets!! That staff was helpful and kind - Tia at the front desk and Hollis (Holly?) from housekeeping on the 11th floor was awesome. The elevator was very slow but that's the only even remotely negative part of my stay. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay overall! Everything was spectacular. The hotel was perfect, with very spacious suites that were extremely clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was great, and the bar and food were delicious — everything we tried was very good. The only downside was that the AC in our suite did not cool very well. We set it to 65°F but did not feel much difference. Fortunately, the night was very cool, so we were comfortable and did not have any issues sleeping. Aside from that small detail, everything else was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Room was dirty upon arriving, had to be switched to another room due to itchiness from sleeping on the sofa bed first room mattress pad was dirty in all 4 corners. Second room was not cleaned well either there was stuff from previous stay under tables. The chef was so rude in the morning for the free breakfast but hey it’s free breakfast, can’t complain food was good though! Still itching from the covers but won’t be staying here anymore.

Nice hotel. Well appointed rooms. The place is clean. Didn't have any food there. It was a quick overnight. In town for a show. There was an issue with the rooms and a mildew smell but they switched rooms for me and it was better, although it was faint in the next room.
