Room was good and clean. I liked the separated tv room with couch/fold out and bedroom with two doubles. The breakfast was great. Its a good location to Dr Phillips Broadway Center, around a 5 min walk for the average person.

The hotel needs a major renovation, it’s old, vey dark and dated!! The midnight fire alarm evacuation didn’t make it any better, that was an awful experience. only god thing was morning breakfast, but horrible coffee!!! and no mugs, all plastic. I would personally never stay there again.
