Service at the restaurant was extremely slow. Food was mediocre and expensive. Fridge leaked water all over the rug, making a huge wet spot - cleaning crew did nothing to remove the water, so we kept walking through it.

Great hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Miami Brickell. The hotel is in a great location—close to restaurants, shops, and just a short drive to the beach. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. I especially loved the rooftop pool and bar—it had a great atmosphere and stunning views of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future. However, the connecting room doors could use better soundproofing—not everyone staying with children wants to hear strangers’ late-night activities.

Overall amazing stay! Right in the heart of Brickell which was a plus. Room was very clean, amazing staff and just an amazing time at Novotel. I will be back for my future stays. Solid 10/10

I think the hotel was very nice, but there were some opportunities that need to be looked at. The pool area chairs are stained very badly everywhere and they just need a good power wash, and I also noticed that with the chairs downstairs in the lobby.

My experience at Novotel was ok. Staff was friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel is pretty quiet and there weren’t restaurant options at a walk in distance, be ready to Uber everywhere.
