hotel was nice and clean the shower however isn’t practical. there is no door in the shower so the floor in. the bathroom gets soaked after a shower. also no microwaves in the room or hotel in general to use. other than that service was great no other complaints.

It was a great very beautiful views of the city, and the stadium is an 5min walk away. Only thing that sucked was that there was no parking. You need to pay for valet services but at least it’s not too pricey in my opinion at least, $43 for 24hr valet services so not too bad. All in all a wonderful stay.

It was overall a nice hotel. When I checked the lady told me that I had late check out so the next day I had time to spend at the pool and a little extra time to get ready. But when I went to the pool and tried to go up to my room and the key didn’t work so I went to the front desk and asked if they can re program it. There was a different lady there and she was very rude and she said that

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and informative of information. They provided directions to get to near by locations. I loved the access to the beach club on Collins.I learned about the Metromover during my stay

Overall wonderful stay.. had a slight issue day one that was addressed immediately without issue. Staff and manager were all very accommodating and polite. Hotel is clean and neat and in a wonderful location that made it easy to take a walk , bike or dives
