Everything was great, John that greeted us and took our baggage was excellent. He remembered our names from the very moment we met all throughout the evening and next day very helpful. He made the whole trip. Lovely! Only downside is our mini fridge was hot. And no body wash in the shower but other than that it was a great stay.

Disappointing hotel stay

Plumbing fault. No hot water. while workers tried to fix fault, water escaped onto living room floor creating trip hazard. Had to repack our bags and move to another room. Hotels.com web site indicated free shuttle to beach. No shuttle existed.

5 Stars – Consistently Incredible Experience at The Grayson Miami! This was my second time staying at The Grayson Miami, and once again, I was completely wowed. From the moment I arrived, the service, the ambiance, and the attention to detail were all top-tier. The staff goes above and beyond, the rooms are immaculate and beautifully designed, and the vibe is unmatched. Each visit just gets better. The room was a handicap cap room and the decor was just wierd. No doors on the bathroom. Just a curtain instead. No shower curtain for the bathroom. Just felt I had no privacy. Also no pictures on the wall also just basic white walls. It looked like an apartment that was converted to a hotel room. It was very oddly decorated. Not sure that I would stay there again.
