My stay at Hilton Blue Lagoon was a mixed experience. Check-in was easy, and the internet connection was perfect! However, the property did not meet the usual Hilton standards. It didn’t feel clean, and it didn’t even have the signature Hilton scent. During breakfast, the plates had a noticeable egg smell, which was unpleasant. No roll away bed as indicated on website . Had a room with no hot water - had to fight to get a new room. Loud, had a dirty towel in our clean towel stack. Shuttle was terrible. Will never stay again!

The hotel is overall very good. My only suggestion would be to renovate the bathrooms. The shower had poor water pressure and barely any hot water, and the toilet made loud noises throughout the night—even with the bathroom door closed.

Need more vegetarian options at the restaurant. The door in the bathroom was rotted. Didn't recognize me as a hilton member, no water and the water in the unit was $9. The place was nice, room was large and the bed was comfortable.
