Great location but staff at check in aren’t friendly. No pleasantries. Felt like we were bothering him because he was texting as we walked up. We felt like a transaction. I’m surprised this is under the Hilton name. They only provide two wash cloths and towels for a four person room.

The first night we stayed at this hotel was amazing, and I gave a review that reflected that. However, our second stay, was very underwhelming and disappointing. Our toilet had a hole in the caulk and was leaking, it hadn't been cleaned, and there were holes in the comforter. The first night we stayed on the 14th floor and it was absolutely beautiful, but this time we were on the 3rd floor and it was incredibly disappointing. I'm not sure if the 14th floor is newer, but our room on the 3rd floor definitely did NOT reflect the price we paid. It felt very much like we paid simply got the Hilton name, and not for quality. If we travel to Miami again, we will probably not stay here again unless it is guaranteed that we get a nicer room.

Bit old and tired room but nice lobby and people

Hotel lobby was nice. However room was a bit old and tired. Still enjoyed stay but expected more from Hilton and wasn’t cheap!

Check in was a disaster. Auto check in didnt work and rooms were not ready on time. I was 4 hours early for check in but at all other Hilton i could usually check in an hour or so early. Here i wasn't able to get a key untilnearly 6:00.

We had a suite with a balcony. Toilet would not flush . Dinning service not the best. Sat for long time before they would ask if we wanted to oder anything . Room $$$ would think you could get good sevices

Stains on carpet, dirty wallpaper, door frames all worn and chipped. Food was expensive, super long checking in. Positive is there’s a free airport shuttle.

We waited for almost one hour to check in. The hotel knows how many check-ins they can expect, so why have only two people at the front desk? After we got to our room and freshened up, we went back downstairs to find the line had grown even longer than it was when we arrived and still there were only two staff members to deal with the crowd. Many people had done the early check-in as prompted by Hilton, so they were especially angry. Can’t say that I blame them.
